Yes! I love that you USE your bags and don't baby them! Embracing that ephemeral nature of clothing is imo the epitome of chic. I subbed when I saw you broke the leather strap on the nano, it shows you really got a lot of use out of it instead of letting it sit on a shelf collecting dust.
I agree! BUT I’m guilty of saving the one bag that I got this year for my 29th birthday. I have too many bags as it is so I’ve been using my other ones that I also love to use. And I don’t baby those at all!
But like I said I got the Mulberry Bayswater bag in natural vegetable tanned leather in the beautiful oak colour😍I haven’t used it yet. But then again I rarely go out these days and I work in a bar/fast food restaurant and I’m afraid the leather would soak up the scent of frying oil lmao so I have a good reason to not use it for work….
I am all for using your bags though. You get them to wear them and not to sit in your closet. Most definitely.

I have the Numero Sept mini and the handle broke off as well, twice, luckily I didn’t lose the metal piece and when I put it back it holds for a while.
I have the belt one too.
Both are with smooth leather and they’re still pretty and unscratched despite me using them so much!
I really wanna get the Numero huit mini, they’re so pretty and seeing them on your videos have been very tempting!

The bags are beautiful and look to be quality bags. My concern for each of the styles is how easy is it to get things in and out? It seems for some of them it might be annoying and not so easy due to some of the detailing.
Same thing happened to me with my number 1 nano bag after about 4 months of getting it. I sent it back to them for repair. You have to be careful and not pack the nano or the strap may break

I just bought the Numero UNO nano in Garnet (red) since it goes with black, navy, camel, cream etc for winter, lovely quality. Really pleased with it. The inside studs are a bit tricky to open/close but might loosen a bit as the bag breaks in.

The chalk nano numéro 1 has a darker lining now. I am so glad that they have changed the color of the lining from white to beige.

I have just bought the same color of Nano numéro un. But I noticed that the lining inside is not white as yours anymore (the display item had white lining that worry me but when I checked mine at home the lining is beige and I am so happy) thank you Lydia

I had been eyeing polène bags since one year because I’m huge fan of leather and unique bags. I’ve just bought numero huit in cognac (bigger one), numero sept in burgundy textured leather (i think it’s same size as yours), and numero dix in black smooth leather this morning. This is a great video! I have two Polene bags. I have Le Cabas in camel and Number 6 which is a very small bag just for night outs when I want just my card older and my phone. (I haven’t tried to see if my new iPhone12 fits but I think so). I’m planning on buying either the number 9 or number 8. I think I might go for the 8 but I’m not sure!
They are amazing and made in Spain. Great craftsmanship and quality leather.

I'm curious, did you ever get the strap repaired? I'm tempted to buy the nano. I do feel that Polene would need to offer repairs if the bags were more expensive, but it's still an amazing price for the quality!

I think the Huit is maybe slightly heavier! To be honest they're not too much different - they're not heavy bags though!

When you look on the website and choose color of the bag scroll down - there is a bigger swatch of the leather. It seems like they are not the same and they have discontinued grey for that bag.

Trying to decide which one to get with my birthday money. I wanted to be able to fit my face shield into it. Fine I cant wear the face masks for any length of time. So many of my bags are too small for the face shield.
