I love the way characters act in this game physically in a sense. Sideways is primarily a sniper so he climbs building to get the high ground and runs away and says things like confirmed hit. Star scream is strong but flees when he takes significant damage . Megatron just straight up shoots you and attacks you without fleeing and grindor keeps at a distance knowing he’s a big target but attacks with melee attacks if you do get close. At least all that’s true in my experience with the bosses
I like that Grindor's voice actor would later become the voice for Megatron in the Cybertron games. I also like that they gave Bumblebee a freaking voice here. I seriously hate how the movies made it a thing that Bumblebee can't talk even though he spoke at the end of the first movie. But anyways I miss this game. I can still remember all the cutscenes cause I played it so much!
I remember I played a match in multiplayer where I was on top of a building in a city map, forgot what it was called, with a bumblebee who was fighting a starscream on the edge of the building while not noticing the Megatron on the bottom slowly charging his canon but luckily I was Optimus and was able to use my power armor to run in front of him and shield him. I’ve never felt like more of a hero in any game besides that one moment. Any one else have any memorable moments in the multiplayer? I also remember I played against 3 Megatrons while I was playing Optimus, but truck charged one of the off the highway before killing the other two with bullets and swords.

This game, in my opinion, is ten times better than the first game. The first one I felt was missing something, but I could never specify what. But this game added whatever was missing and improved all the gameplay aspects by ten fold. Really awesome combos, the Venice mode and being able to do some crazy parkour in certain spots is so much fun.
For a game that came out more then a decade ago its graphics still look pretty good. I miss these classic transformer games. The last good one that came out was devastation and that was back in 2015. That makes me sad. 😔

It’s pretty sad that the characters that never get one line of dialogue in the movies suddenly have personality in the video game. Honestly, I honk the movies would be better if they gave characters like long haul and shockwave more than just grunts...
This probably is the best Transformers game, right next to "The game" The effects, the detail environment, the free roam, and transformations when using cars and such was just 'perfect'
@Master of Trolling frank came back for age of extinction and last knight cause Hugo Weaving hated the role and didn't renew his contract after Dark of the Moon (Hugo is never happy with any role he gets so I'm not shocked). They should've just brought Frank back in the first movie. From what I heard, the reason for Hugo being cast in the first place was the directors didn't think Frank Welker's voice was intimidating enough, which is a dumb excuse because he's terrifying in Transformers Prime

He used his Prime voice for Galvatron in AOE, and made it more gravily in TLK (which is where I think he sounds best). If you ask me, this game proves why having another actor in the first three movies was the right choice.
@puffpuffpassmako Well, Prime came after the movie. Frank just used his old G1 voice for his audition, of course it's not gonna fit the movie vibe. My guess is he changed things up specifically because of that, plus the ability of 3D animation to convey more fluid facial movement so he's not always screaming everything. THAT voice would make a great live action voice, indeed it did for AOE and the much deeper version of it he did for TLK. I also believe he voiced Megatron in the Universal ride, and did so similarly to TLK.
I'd love to see this game remastered for the current gen console. They should add the misc bots from the campaign to the multiplayer though to play with too. Would've been a lot cool to play with a larger selection. They could have at least added a couple more constructicons to play as too.

The Nintendo DS Autobot and Decepticon versions of the 2007 first Transformers movie feels like a better Prequel to This game than the console 2007 version, and also, at 1:22:48 I got the chills hearing those new decepticons say "All Hail Megatron"

Jetfire being more wise than a cranky Old Timer. & more focused on the Autobots, Decepticons, & The Fallen.
