Great video, loved every minute, would happily see a lot more coverage. The guy holding the steel for knocking the heads off the rivets must have supreme trust with the guy wielding that sledgehammer, he has a very small target to aim at.

what you need is drill machine with magnet foot,that click you on rails with electronics magnet and that hold drill on place so you can easy drill holes

Yeah he had me cringing when he was walloping that soft bronze bush with the hammer.. Yikes!
Jep, then again everything was super dirty (also the pin). This bushing wont last long...
Also the bore the bushing was fitted into was worn. It is not round anymore and the bushing will not stay tight in the bore. Soft bronze bushing will deform to shape of bore when truck is loaded with weight, becoming loose and increasing wear. 9:21

09:25 That bushing is going to last till the first load. With a shackle that worn changing bushing has no point. Also those are some weird aftermarket bushings,genuine Isuzu ones come with a bronze bushing in a steel sleeve.
Bashed in and assembled without cleaning and grease.More work down the line.

No D.O.T in Pakistan? Lol. Still great and ingenious work! Rebuilding a heavy duty truck with just basic hand tool's and welders is pretty badass!
So. It seems that, in Pakistan, one should not wash parts as they are being refurbished. I could not possibly do that. It is an extremely "agricultural" practice here. Really rough workmanship.

I, as an Indonesian car repair worker, find it strange because the frame they make is so thick, even though as far as I know the more flexible the truck frame is the more stable it is when driving, this is on the contrary made stiffer
der pfusch mit den versetzten bohrungen ist ja unglaublich. am lkw rahmen wird ausschliesslich mit PASSCHRAUBEN gearbeitet. das ausgenudelte pfuschloch hält die traverse keine 1000km sicher an ihrem platz.

9:25 not point replacing that bush. Eye in swinging shackle worn out to oval shape. New brass bush will crush to that shape instantly with weight of truck after installation.

Just a suggestion, but maybe these guys should be like making shalwar lame exes, something that it’s hard to fail at. Right now they are making craptastic welds, drilling rivet holes in the worst places. This is going to be one clown car of a truck.
