My wife and I lived (and avoided career death) with those things! And she was in the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) doing Quality Assurance on Navy and AF warbird programs. If only the goons up at Pentagon knew Smokey Bear had her back!

@@wildlandfirefit Thank you so much! Just stressing about the physical prep. I passed CPAT and my pack test but I still have a long way to go before feeling physically ready. I’ll also be the only girl on the crew so I need to work extra hard to keep up. But I’m so excited for the chance to try!

Any more snack recommendations or new hear or red bag things to pack when you are on a fire? My boyfriend is working for a fire ranger station in another state so I try to Amazon him snacks or things for his tent from time to time before he goes out on a call 😊 Thanks!
