Also coded rear drl’s to remain on at all times. I did that on the m3 and f30 as well, so those clean rear LEDs are always on. 😎
Can I please ask how you did this? The only option I can find that leads to this, is making DRLs present when Sidelights are on (so that way you don't get the dimmer angel eyes while having your rear clusters on). Is that the setting or am I completely missing something? haha, cheers!

Dude you’ve turned me into a coding MONSTER! Now that I’ve used all the basic coding I’ve gone to expert to play. I KNOW there’s more in expert mode! Since I can read German (not all is in German but a type of German gibberish? Best as I can tell. But Maybe abbreviations?) I am going to expert mode! Yeah baby!
I WISH that the car would beep when one locks the doors and sets the alarm. My damn. 09’ S60 Turbo did the same! REALLY annoying esp since the transmitter has such a long range! Sometimes you can’t see your lights and just need to hear beep beep. Thanks for the vids. I still think you should have kept the F30 N20A. It would’ve rocked to see you get 350hp! The new B series seems to be better and has a 300hp model already.
One question why can I not change the start up display? Just says BMW regardless.
Depends on the year your car was manufactured. Mine did not have a start up animation either

The anoying thing on this bmw cluster is when it switches to night mode it gets all orange. The daytime cluster colors look way better. But thankfully you can change it in expert mode, so it will stay in daytime mode allways 🤟.

Actually BMW do it with a good reason.
"Red light is the easiest color light for the human eye to absorb. With a wavelength of 605 nanometers, red-orange lighting is the easiest for the eye to see without tiring, which is important. There’s an in-depth scientific reason as to why, which involves the cones and rods in the human eye, but its really hard just trying to understand it. Basically, if you eyes car look down from the dark road ahead at night, look down at the brightly lit gauges and back up again without with straining or tiring, it makes night driving safer and easier."

@@giornilio Hello, I was wondering if you could confirm this will 100% work for the M2 and wether you did it on BimmerCode or some other platform. I would love for my m2 instrument cluster to be orange with white all the time but I can’t seem to find any info to do that on the internet.
One of my favourite codes is starting the car without holding the brake, now my girlfriend can startup the car from her seat without me rushing to get the groceries in an being all over the place

man your m2 is so fucking clean dude tbh I wasn't so in love with the F87 at first cause of the short wheel-base - which although is good from a performance pov it looked a bit weird to me since I'm used to my F30. But looking at yours I feel like it's really growing on me and the very aggressive front end I think makes up for it. Can't wait to see what upgrades you're gonna make to it, I already know you're probably thinking of dat wide body kit like Ghost!

I have been looking for the ability to upon opening the drivers door the drivers seat roll back slightly for a more comfortable access position and when the door shuts it rolls back to the saved positioning. I can’t find it on the list.
it’s at the very bottom, there are two titled passenger seat but one moves passenger seat and the other moves the driver seat.
It does not work ?I have a BMW X5M 2012 and I tried to do it I also have the Veepeak adapter and does not work PLEASE EXPLAIN.

Ruslan Kambarov no. You’ll need Bootmod3 or another software to unlock your DME and then you can turn off the OBD sensor.

Hello, do you know if you can code the dash to always show the red needles but with a white gas gage and center screen. I hate how you only get those at dusk and then go full red when it’s completely dark.

Great video and just sub. Question: I was wondering, on some M3 and M4, the eye lids above the angel eyes light up and some don't. Is it just me or are they all suppose to light up? Or is it something that requires coding to have them light up? Thanks

Just an observation after watching several of your coding videos. You never mention that you should put your mobile device into airplane mode prior to coding to avoid any cell transmission hiccup during the actual code writing.
I suspect some of your viewers may not read Stephan’s instructions and jump right in after, or even while, watching your video.

Nope you can put it back to stock settings, plus you can actually pay the bmw dealer to code for you but it's not cheap

Hi I have a quick question. Is there anyway to change the red buttons to white in the M series? I’m thinking about getting an M4 but I hate how everything in the car is red.
I think only the led's are white but the buttons are standard red
Do you know if there’s a way to change that? Would be cool to have them change to a different color. I know why BMW has them red as it helps with vision certain times of the day (and I’m glad that BMW cares about their customers), but the red/amber color is getting old lol.
@@eliijahmoss567 lol I've never liked the color makes it look old imo, but its suppose to be like a fighter jet color not to distract you while driving or something like that, ive looked into changing mine and the only answer i found was button overlays (stickers) or changing the backlight bulbs...i even took a blue sharpie and colors the button but that did work lol

Did you know you can code for your seats to automatically move back when you open your driver door to help you get out and have your seat set to how you like it when you first get in ......I also coded screen mirroring for my Android idk if iPhone can do it I can send you the links if anyone is looking to do it
