That looks really nice. The only thing I would add is a very subtle dry brushing at the end to highlight the hard edges.

It depends on the model, but I usually go for a dirty realistic look. I don't find myself highlighting very often anymore. It's very much a preference thing though, there's no technical reason for it. I have another walker. If I end up doing the same scheme, may try it and see if I like the difference! -Jon
