I absolutely adored this movie for mainly two reasons
1. I love the 1950’s aesthetic
2. The idea of an alien invasion but instead of humans being invaded, it’s aliens being invaded is absolutely captivating.
( P. S. Slander of this movie will not be tolerated, this movie is incredibly meme-able and yet it’s an un-ironically great movie. It’s not good for any specific or spectacular reason. It’s just really fun and enjoyable to watch. I recommend this movie to everyone. )

There was a scene where you had to drive a car to a mechanic, and we were really confused (my parents and I) because driving _below_ the "speed limit" that the game gave us kept failing. Easily took us like half an hour to figure out you gotta get there while being as fast as possible, so instead of trying to have the engine rest your job was to kick in into high gear... good old days

Honestly this movie was very unique to me as a kid, mostly because of the reversed situation. The only reason I remember it was because me and my dad watched it before my mom and him split. Tearing up from memories reeeee.

‘fun’ story from when i went to see this film: it was a school trip where we were apparently supposed to go see something else, but the teachers deemed it too ‘scary’ for us (we were roughly 5-6 at this point, it was a pg), even after we reserved the seats and bought tickets. what they did instead? changed plans last minute and just shoved us in the direction of the nearest kid’s film. some girl took my popcorn, so i was absolutely raging by the time we went in.
it was nearly over anyway, but walking into the room to see them preparing to saw some guy’s head open was absolutely fucking terrifying to me. i later had nightmares for years about the weird little alien scientist man chasing me around and trying to remove my brain. i hope you’re fucking happy, planet 51.

@@dongil2424 the other way around my friend I'd say the rectangle is the base and the circle is the complete one "golden raito" you know it's what can be made with potential and the potential is the rectangle. Put enough rectangles together you can get a ring exactly how pixels work in video games. The mind works as a computer the mind invented the computer so obviously it would traits from its maker same way you have traits from ur parents my bad I'm clapped. Oh and you can fit a rectangle inside circle and it can cover the entire surface area by spinning it around not the same with a circle but yea enough rectangles put together in this spin form

Well holy crap.
The word you want is "many". Since you can divide circles finitely. The word "much" only applies to things you can infinitely divide, such as water, (i.e, you cant have "2 water, and 4 water, therefore it should be "how MUCH water do you want? vs "how MANY water do you want?". Its important to mention that this same concept applies for "less" and "fewer" (wherein "less" is for infinitely divisible items, and "fewer" is for finitely divisible items.)

Well, I also remember it, and I think I actually liked it. I also remember I was interested because the studio was from my country, Spain, when no one in here dared to do animation. I think it was quite good for a first movie of a new studio in a country where almost no one tries nothing like this. A shame it wasn't enough.
