    NLI basic electrospinning series offers researchers a low-cost, versatile and portable electrospinning setup consisting of 3 main components required for electrospinning: High Voltage Power Supply, Syringe Pump, and Rotary Collector.
    Using this system, various polymers and composite materials have the potential to be electrospun and the process is easy and economical.

    15 mit is enough for drying PAN ? i guess so u should allow 12hr for drying process ..then only you will get membrane

    Hi, what % of concentrations did you use? And for how much time did you perform the electrospinning? I find it hard to maintain a stable taylor cone, and also to obtain a right amount of materials that can be removed from aluminum foil and be analised, do you have any tips?

    Good day! May I ask how much or what will be the cost (in dollars) of the whole process of the Electrospinning to form a polymeric hydrogel?

    How does the material continue to hold a charge once manufactured into something like an N95 mask? Thats the part o dont understand

    where did the red alligator come from? was it from the syringe pump?

    • @ilyasskhotbi3193

      it's coming from the high voltage power supply (The syringe must be connected to + terminal)

    What can this electrospun fiber be used for? Would it be possible to incorporate it for the use of surgical facemasks?

    • @NanolabInstruments
      @NanolabInstruments  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes, it is definitely doable. We have some formulation for incorporation of nanofiber in face masks. Please email us at info@nanolab-i.com for more info.

      @@ysabelamaxinenulud5782 Hi there, the pva polymer dissolve in water only. Constant stirring and some heat are needed to make the polymer solution.
