Ive seen you show much better proof than this one. Should have broken down a house with money to realtor, money to seller using pml including payments to pml and rent rates showing its still cash flowing. Including how you pay pml off. Really stuck it to them lol

It’s understood that it can be done . HOWEVER, there are very few deals like that on the market . So it takes lots of time and effort to just find them, to find sellers who will agree to terms like that.

Depends on the PML. Sometimes an interest rate, sometimes it is a flat rate for a certain amount of money.
