I love seeing how you do your infusions versus how i do my daily microdose therapy! I turn off all lights, light one candle, get my bed *just so* with pillows and blankets, get my playlist going (sometimes guided meditations, music, ambient sounds) call my cat up because i love petting him while i do my therapy, and just go away. I had a psychiatrist appointment today and he asked why i thought i was making all this progress, to be cutting meds and not having panic attacks. I said "ketamine!" He said that i am his first patient that's done ketamine and he's very impressed with my progress. You've had 6 treatments and I've had like... 300. (Ten months on daily microdoses.) I think that you can get very similar results, but on a different timeline.
I love hearing about your treatments. It's very interesting to me because I can't really picture what taking ketamine EVERY DAY must be like. As long as we're both feeling better, that's all that matters!
@@traciemae because it's a daily microdose, it's honestly daily meditation. It forces me to stop what I'm doing and care for myself (comfy clothes, music, nice smells in the room) and just spend twenty minutes with myself, for myself. I usually do it before bed time, but there have been days where I did my treatment in the middle of the day. It's such a fantastic habit to get into- because let me tell you, setting aside twenty minutes of prep and twenty (occasionally longer) minutes of treatment is just good for me. Ketamine or not. But the ketamine is just helping me feel like I deserve the love. The best part is how other people are seeing it work on me.
Thanks for sharing your ketamine series with us and I enjoyed them. Congratulations on the six weeks of ketamine and glad the treatment worked out for you. Can’t wait a next video of cleaning or any video.
So glad You were able to do this for yourself. And sharing this journey from beginning to end is going to help so many people in addition to the ones that it already has. I wish hormones and the way they control so much of how our body operates was talked about more. So many key functions of the body and how we feel are dictated by hormones.
You graduated🎉 the ketamine journey fit right in, it was something you needed to do to keep going. It was informative and funny to watch at times, in true Tracie Mae form
Tactless: (I don't believe you're doing this as a content creator in the traditional monetization sense, but) can we get the theme song as a short so I can (ADHD loop in peace and) stop messing up your view duration numbers? 😅

I'm so glad you did this and it was a good experience. Praying for continued good results.
Thank you so much!

Thanks Donzell!

I need to get my hormones tested for sure.
We need to get a disability check for menstruation. The amount of hormones flowing through us needs to be monetized.
😂😂😂 NO!! But I get it 🤣🤣🤣
You might be onto something. LOL
Gosh, I was hoping to see the cap and gown. Congrats!!!

I absolutely needed to do it. Thank you!
That was so sweet about the Fresca. 🥰
Right?!
For $400 a session, the Frescas needed to be in there!! 😅❤
LOL!
I am so happy for you. I wish you continued success with this journey! I would have bought you a cap and gown to wear during treatment. lol
Aww thankies! I'm excited to feel better on a regular basis.
It’s the show music in the beginning…. Girl this so cute and I get it 🎉😂
Lmaooo literally me when i dont know the words 2:35 😂😭
Those ain't the words?! LMAOOO
Is Fresca that good?
For zero calories....it's bomb. LOL
I second that…. Fresca is 🔥! Ooo and I dare you to add frozen peaches (or whatever your favorite fruit) to it in place of ice 🔥

Yeah, I love it too! I suspect that she's singing it.
I've been wanting it as a reel too.
SERIOUSLY, her intro song and video is professional level. I LOVE it, and it speaks so much to Tracie's talent and sense of humor. ❤
LOL. I have to figure out a way to make it work in a vertical format. But I'll definitely do that for you.
It's me!
