What a privilege it was to hear such a legend discuss a piece of his fabulous work. The 993 is, in my opinion, the greatest 911 ever created, its design is timeless. Thank you, Lee!

In my opinion, 993 is right up there with Jaguar E-Type, Ferrari Daytona and Mercedes Pagoda. One of the most beautiful cars ever made. Tony Hatter is a living legend. Period.

Really enjoyed this and I love that some of my favourite aspects of the 993 design were touched on - I can remember the novelty of watching the wipers in my Dad’s as a kid, I thought they were so cool, and I still do! Tony is the reason my mobile number ends in 993911. A great interview with a very humble gentleman!

Well, I'll be blowed, a German car designed by an Englishman. Not just any Englishman though, a bloke from Yorkshire! Had my 993 Carrera for just over a year (bought from a bloke in Doncaster!) Wondered why it went 'ey up tha knows every time I started it. Now I know...Cheers from a (very wet) Otford, Kent.
