"Loki always dying" or "Oh My God, They Killed Loki! You Bastard!"
I think they didn't do that because Loki's resurrections _was_ referenced in the films themselves. Neither is it a theme that recurs in _all_ Marvel films. He doesn't come back from the dead in Iron-Man, Guardians of the Galaxy or Doctor Strange, does he? However, dad-issues and the bad guy being an "evil twin" of the hero has been a trope of multiple films from the MCU.

It's crazy that Honest Trailers is part of MCU history--the Russos specifically tried to make Captain America: The Winter Soldier to be "Honest Trailer-proof".

It only would've counted for half the total score.
That's not a multi-hit because you can at most do it once, that's a classic side-scrolling beat 'em up 'special attack' that kill the whole screen. Yondu have the most powerful multi-hit.

If they manage to establish their new set of characters well, then the MCU will still be going strong. E.G if The Eternals could become a well-loved classic superhero team along with the Ex-B-List Avengers and the Ex-Unknown Guardians of the Galaxy. I also hope they won't push the LGBT agenda slash diversity way toooo much, might disrupt writing abilities. But then, not all things are great forever, the MCU might be at it's worst sooner or later, and wait if it will stand up once more or just stay there.

So basically why Tony would go to Queens to pick up Peter, but not Harlem to look for a bulletproof tank of a fighter, or Hell's Kitchen to look for a pointy-horned vigilante.
Kevin said the real Mandarin will come in a later movie, so he will reference a one shot (he confirmed it in a Reddit ama)
