Thanks for the vid man, I just cleaned the egr on my 7th gen civic but as you can imagine, finding quality videos for 1998 Imprezas are quite difficult. 98 legacy’s are common enough though and close enough to an Impreza too haha. Thanks again (and btw your laugh is fine)
Thanks for the heart bro - I finally got around to cleaning my Subi’s EGR today and I can’t believe I didn’t do it sooner, it was one of the easiest jobs I’ve ever done. I thought to do it once about a year ago but I was nervous about the vacuum line I guess… Totally unfounded obviously but yea. Thankfully the EGR on the subi was super clean anyway. The Hondas was a nightmare, but I expected that. She used to burn a decent bit of oil before I swapped out the PCV valve. Sometimes it’s nice when something is really dirty though because you feel great about cleaning it. Thanks again for the video and have a good rest of your night!

Why didn't you stand that up and fill the void with cleaner and let it soak for awhile rather than letting it just run out on the ground ?
