- What's up guys! Today's video is a progression we use with our athletes to teach linear change of direction. There are 3 main parts to change of direction: the deceleration, the actual transition, and the acceleration. We break down each part of this movement with these drills, emphasizing the deceleration and transition for today's session. You'll hear us say a lot how important changing direction with speed and efficiency is for athletes, so this is an exact session we use!
