  • What's up guys! Today's video is an agility and speed session for athletes. We have a full athlete agility and strength workout, so we take you through the entire agility and quickness portion of our workout, and also show some of the strength and explosive movements we do.     Would love a program for midlife women who want to keep their explosiveness, power, strength, and the ability to jump as we age! I’m 42 going in 43, don’t play sport. But training for life! Dr. Stacy Sims has been a game changer for me.

      There's definitely a bunch of strength and power movements that are awesome! We train quite a few women in that age range, and all of them we have training for strength and explosion. Like you said, training for life! We will totally add it to the list of videos! :)
