I run a 12ft car-topper with with 19mm round stringers, mini centre console, 2 in line seats, 5mm derakane laminate hull (skid plates) and 40HP Yamaha OB jet. 35mph on the flat and heaps fun in the steep stuff :P

What part of Missouri is this? I’m from Nebraska and the Platte and Elkhorn rivers are both very shallow! People around here run Airboats or mud motors but this would be very cool!

Yeah, I agree. When I cut my highlight videos up the engine noise sounds yuk, + I have a sound system in the boat blasting in front of my camera rack and it gets cut up.. So I usually find some rippin music, but YT doesn't allow most copyright music so sometimes it's hard to find a mix.

YT will remove any video with copyright music. I built mine with min centre console and in line seats. When I don't have a passenger up front I mount 2 extra 10l fuel caddies next to the front seat, with a passenger I mount the 2 fuel caddies behind me and keep pretty good balance :) It's a nice run, I would enjoy hitting that for a day or two :)

Would that type of boat work in a shallow marsh without over heating? Water cooled or air cooled?
The word marsh alone makes me think the jet pump intake grate would get clogged.
