Very nice session…one quick question which might be a silly one…..Does W represent the possibility of multiple way of arrangement of molecules and energy or is it when the molecule and energy actually take those various position ?
Can we say, The entropy of unfolded protein is high compared to folded state.(only protein, leaving the system) But if we consider the folding process then we have to include system as well. It's because of system entropy increase during folding of protein molecules.
