Im currenty putting these on my 328i. Any more insight on that stupid screw that has the nut holding it? I can not figure out how to remove either of those screws.
Thanks for the Vid. I've had these lights about since you posted this video it looks like and I like them very much... I've run into one issue where the connector on the passenger side did not have a proper seal somewhere and water has seeped in and a portion of the LED strip (connected to the running lights) goes in and out (doesn't throw a code). I was wondering if you had eyes on the schematics of the light itself so I can potentially resolve the issue quicker when I take the time to take my bumper off again. I located the pin associated with the running lights and it's showing power so I think the water or corrosion seeped up to the led location itself :( any insight helps, thanks
Oh man! I'm sorry to hear that. They do look nice but troubleshooting stuff like that takes away from the fun. I have not seen a schematic on these and can't even begin to tell you where to go from there with electrical troubleshooting unfortunately

Plug and play for me. If you do have to tap into a source they come with the easy splice clamps. Id have to do some digging on the link but it won't be difficult at all!

I just ordered a pair from Carpart4u in this exact style. They said the LED DRL needs additional wiring. Would the DRL be the bulbs themselves and not the halos?
The DRLs are the halos on mine. I'm not sure what additional wiring would be needed. Maybe the low beams aren't tied to the DRLs and you have to tie them In?
I'm having problems with mine they look the same as these but I can't adjust the headlights and they won't go up or down from the control inside the car any advice?
The adjustments for these are made on the lights themselves they have little "dials/screws" you have to use to manually set them. I never got the chance to make a video on that part but it's pretty similar for most headlights. Hopefully you can find one!
Mine still has the halogen bulbs and they are plenty for me, I do plan on doing an hid kit here in the near future though since I tend to overdrive the low beam halogens in the corners.
I’m about to snag a pair of these. I was reading on some of the forums that people were having issues with condensation in the housing. Have you seen that as an issue at all?
So far still great! Two thumbs up. If you can afford to I'd also recommend spending the extra and getting high beams upgraded. My low beams are brighter than my stock high beams lol
I have an F20 with the stock halogen bulbs, when I asked if I could switch those to the halo lights they told me that it was not easy as it required to modify stuff in the computer of the car to make that change. Is that true? Or can I just swap it as you did? Thanks!
You can swap it easy! The computer issue can come up and if it does most kits include resistors or relays to fix it and trick the computer that it's the stock bulbs. I didn't even need them and no errors nothing

Do the daytime running lights come on without the other lights? Like in the end you had all light on but I wanna know if you can keep the lights off and the daytime running lights on like usual
Man, I wish I could tell ya, it sounds like an electrical issue. Maybe retrace the wiring and make sure everything is secure first, otherwise, I know some people have had to use resistors to fix certain things.

Always put dielectric grease on the plug with stuff like that. It keeps exactly that from happening. I learned the hard way also.

I need to replace just the ballast for xenon hid bulbs do you think the whole bumper still needs to come off for it?
I don't know of any other way without the bumper removal sadly :/

I bought something similar off EBay. Can you see with the Halogens? Mine is a darker version. Also did you install a HID kit instead?

How easy is it to adjust the projectors after installing?
Super simple. The hard part is getting a level surface to aim the lights. If you got that youve done the hardest part

Not at all quick and straight forward job! You can even find them on Amazon. I haven't gotten around to it but thats next up
LJs Garage but changing the bulbs would I have to takeing off the bumper or is there a way to access the headlights and changing them
@@jairlopez2209 luckily there is a little access door under the front wheel wells and you can get your arm in to do everything you need.

Not in the video no I have halogen low beams but I want a little more light so that's coming soon! A few of the kits come upgraded for a little extra
