- Sis and I are back at the Williamsburg Antique Mall for PART 2 of the shopping adventure. As many of you know, I've been doing a lot of buying & selling antiques and I think I found more vintage & antique treasures this time around than I did last time! I love this antique mall. The antique dealers do a great job making sure their antique booths are stocked up with great vintage home decor and that makes my flea market style heart sing. I would not have been able to pass up those MCM Stoffi Nagel candle holders! A tip I learned for getting wax off of candle holders and any surface really, is to heat the wax with a blowdryer and when it liquifies, just wipe it off with a rag or paper towel. Works like a charm. Thanks for sharing :)

I've been binge watching your episodes since discovering your channel several days ago. You are fabulous! Your items are perfectly curated. If I lived there, I could walk in to your booth buy anything and feel like it was a treasure chosen specifically for me! Your taste is exquisite: even the clothes you sell are perfect! You have a wonderful presence, authentic and real. Yours is by far my favorite channel. Unique, love seeing the whole process (that I lived for about 15 years), except you do it mostly on your own! I had 3 boys, ages 5 years apart. Hmm, 15 years and I retired when the last one went to college. 😊 Best to you!!

I'm an artist who likes more color around me, but I love your booth style. I love how you make almost rooms in that tiny space. I also love the old wood. I've never seen the "hands" until your space, but now I've seen them other places too. I'm watching for a place to buy one for me. Keeep doing what you're doing it's great!

My Mother always loved Swan's, my father asked her to marry him before he went off to war, on the Swan Boats in Boston, came back with a purple heart in 1945. Since then she has collected Swan's, now I have them!

How do you get all the candle wax off??? Candle holders sell so well for so many people, and I see so many that I would love to buy for resell. HOWEVER! I do not have the patience to sit and scrape and scrape and scrape candle wax off of them!

I have a tip you may or may or may not have heard for removing wax. Place the item in on a sheet pan layered in pappertowels and place in a 200 degree oven, the wax virtually disappears. You can also buff off any puddles of wax while still warm. Sometimes, like on wood it adds a nice sheen. Great too for cleaning used glass votives. Hope this was useful.

On the popsicles stick lamp, get a shorter harp to lower the shade so the switch is covered. For very little money, you upgrade the piece.

You two need to come to Lexington KY in the Fall for Keeneland Races and tour our 3 story Peddlers mall. It takes days to go through. Our small towns like Georgetown, Harrodsburg and Frankfort all have peddlers too. Very low prices. Don't wait for Fall though, come stay with me! I'd shop with ya
I am from Richmond, just about 30 minutes south of Lexington, and I go to that peddlers mall all the time! There is so much to go through and you can fine some really great deals! The prices of some of these items in this video are a bit shocking to me. Definitely a different market!
