Repairing the suspension on a Honda TRX350!

In today's video we look at all the damaged components (So we can make an order for some new parts) we fix the brakes, as well as replace the steering knuckle!
We start off with some bad news, the steering knuckle was also damaged and will need to be replaced.
This part is hardened (heat treated) steel, and if I were to heat it up to bend it, the metal would actually lose it's strength!
I then show you how I go about ordering parts for Off-road machines such as Atv's and Dirt Bikes!
While disassembling the hub, I noticed there was a pin missing from one of the brake pads.
We replace that, reassemble the hub with the new steering knuckle and we're ready to move on to Part 3!
