After you guys submitted over 30 thousand script ideas we did our best to whittle it down to the most manageable batch of scenes. I think about 5,000 of you submitted the "language" joke and the "because I'm batman" line. So a big fat sloppy Thank You goes to everyone who sent in ideas. well to be fair: the first two robins basically had nowhere else to go were he not to take them in and the third one actually had to CONVINCE batman into taking him in, saying batman NEEDS a robin to keep him balanced, and the fourth one was his son who otherwise would'v been brainwashed as a minion of the mother's terrorist group.
He only recruits orphans, though... except that female Robin. So aside from the female one, which I disagree with anyways, he can kinda recruit them... like... adoption(?) And Tony can't do the same since Spider-Man has a family.

In the truck heist, the vulture went inside the cargo through those “matter shifting stones”. If Spider Man had removed those stones the vulture would’ve been trapped inside and sent to damage control vault.
Assuming that Peter could've removed said stones safely, or that the Vulture couldn't have broken out of the truck from the inside.
