Chloe, I love the way you play the clarinet. Beautiful tone quality, and vibrato. I also love the fact that your such a lyrical player. Thanks for keeping the great American Song Book alive. You play as well as you look.
Martin Jelsema. Nah.. More a blend of swinging Goodman and almost BeBop Buddy DeFranco. BUT Yes my Friend, I agree.. Beautiful and VERY moving. Good luck to a young; very talented lady but what can her musically-devoid peers think of her? She could be telling jokes in Martian or Venusian for all they know! Those who really appreciate what she can do are dying in an age-related decline of jazz! We lived through the tail end of THE BEST. As Sinatra said "You can sit around and wait a hundred years but you ain't gonna see the likes of this again."
Mark, it's called "looping". When they went through the chord progression the first time as Chloe was soloing, the guitarist pressed on a pedal and recorded his own rhythm track, then when it was time for his solo, he just played over the track he looped. Simple, they do this all the time now.

A real talent
Lovely playing from a lovely Lady
Always Love hearing Chloe play. Thank you Chloe for this beautiful rendition. Thanks also to Christian Frommelt for posting.
Exquisite. Will be sharing on Facebook at a time of day when I can get the biggest audience.
I would have thought this was Artie Shaw if I hadn't know better. Just beautiful and moving.

Is this from a CD? If so, what's the name of it?
Joe Park must have 4 hands because I hear 2 guitars playing.
how did you find the clarinet sheet music?
Spying on Chloe, as usual, I spy two guitars here. What gives?
