Lots of gunfire in this stage. I made alot of noise. 😅
I hated this mission when I was younger but now it's not to bad still a slight pain just cause of the semi infinite enemies

@@RaytheonNublinski Control your shots. Dont fire a full clip into a dying body that is falling over trying to shoot one in the back. You waste ammo like that. Shoot off a few rounds and see if they die. The later levels will require saving ammo aswell. Good luck

Slappy slap just make them see you and go around corner and slap to death
What these guys do is when they hear loud gunfire from you, they'll send a "clone" to investigate the source of the noise. You can kill this clone but it wont kill the "original" enemy, and if you keep using loud weapons, the original will send clones at you infinitely until you kill the original. This happens on Archives as well.
On my game they immediately rush me no matter what. They’re endless too

The way I always do this level on 00 Agent is to use slaps or knives (I prefer slaps) on every enemy up until I get the silenced pistols from the safe. This stops enemies from respawning if you use loud gunfire. Try to lure enemies so that you're tackling them on their own. Get the safe key from the enemy in the room with all the mainframes. (Don't go into the room, there's a camera in there. Instead let him see you by opening the doors, quickly retreat to a safe corner, he'll follow you, then take him out with slaps). Get the silenced pistols and then use them to take out the rest of the guards and all the cameras. Go get Natalya from the cell and complete the level. Takes about 10 to 12 minutes.
Guards respawn when you kill a guard by using excessively loud gunfire. Not when they hear gunfire from any other guard.

Gotta thank you for this guide. I couldn't even beat it on secret agent. With this strat I beat it easily (minus finding a document I had to search for for a while) but I'll def give this a go on 00. Using less rounds 1000000% helps with enemies spawning.

After weeks (dare I say months) I’ve left 00 Agent on this level and completed the game over and over… using your method of preserving ammo, hiding behind doors, and luring guards helped me complete it! 13 minutes but I did it! 😂 thank you

if you hild up in the first room//jail, keep shooting and endless enemies will spawn// i did a 14 hour camp session, it ate my friday, but something about the neer mindless grind does actually serve to sharpen and hone your skills.

if you fire the kF7 soviet slowly in short burst you don’t alarm all the other guards ,plus unlocking the safe gives the silencer pp7 , get the knifes with the magnet watch thing at the start is good idea 😅

They are in the safe though. But by then you might have gone through half of the level to not even need them.
You're right, duh. The safe key was all the way in the back room where Boris gets into the server on Bunker 1. Best way to beat this level seems to be burst fire in very small bursts. Retreat to behind windowed doors whenever you can. Just like this video. Took me about 3 tries
It took me 25 years to realize this, but in the cell room with the tank, all the way the end, I think, is supposed to be the toilet.
One of my favorite missions in the game. It gave me fits for so long but I finally figured out how to beat it. The key like you said is not to make too much noise. If you just go crazy with the soviet you will draw like a hundred guards and they will overwhelm you in a hurry. Just tap the trigger and then run and hide behind a door when they come after you. Also you don't need to wait for Natalia. Just let her out of her cell and then go to the exit.
Even the dang Klobb attracts attention. Only the silenced pp7 and knives won't.
On secret agent , the enemies continues to spawn in every time you leave a section .. like endless amount of enemies
They only continue to spawn if you haven't seen their spawn point, once you do if you kill them they won't spawn anymore.
So the alarm won’t go off if you take out the cameras??
For Some Reason The Clipboard objective after picking it up doesn't registers while having everything else Completed aside E weirdly enough. Really messes up on finishing the level but hopefully there's a solution for it if anything. (Playing it on Xbox One)
you making aiming seem so easy and natural...i've struggled getting the aim on the cameras in time before the alarm is sounded (and game over)...thinking about switching to mouse control instead of Xbox controller wtih stick

@@AcidGlow I slap the guard and the guard walking down the hallway one tap 1 of the guards in the safe room kill the rest then get stuck in that room with endless enemies. One try I had 40 kills
@T J that's the worst room to hole up in. Take out the hallway guards silently and then rush the mainframe room. If you do it right, you should have 70 rounds with the kf7 and 40 normal rounds. Just be sure to only use the knives and slappers. The mainframe room is great to hole up in. Hide under the camera and go to town

The remaster has some problems like slowdown, weapons audio not working properly sometime and some graphical bug on some levels but overall the remaster is very playable and a ton fun like it was back then😁
I noticed some graphic glitches and the framerate still is the same as the N64 version. I think it's just a port. A true re-master would have redone graphics and increased framerate, like the cancelled XBLA 360 version that look so good. But at least we can play this now on modern consoles.

I'm playing this on the N64, how are you making your aiming so smooth? My aiming constantly snaps back to the middle - is there a config that can it make it so I'm not struggling to aim lol?
Also, you're moving while aiming, is that also not possible on the N64?
How are you not getting swarmed right off the bat by guards? Whenever I try to do this level I just get endlessly swarmed regardless of what I do. I’m playing on Secret agent, any tips?

I left this mission to do last because to me its the hardest one. almost unlocked the Egyptian level.
I took the longer slappy slap way. Just make an enemy see you, run around the corner the enemy will follow and you slap the life out of him only shoot the cameras and turrets I beat 00 agent first time with this strategy
Something is definitely different here...even at the beginning I have to use the magnet to pick up the throwing knives because they're under the grate...he just picked them up
I was probably a bit to the right close enough to get both at once.
The magnet has a duration on it almost that lets you be able to run with it, it lasts like 2-3 seconds I’ve noticed
Are you playing on computer? I’m on Xbox and when I single tap it uses 3 bullets instead of one and it attracts guards. Why is single tap just not possible on Xbox?
This game is not on pc... Tap the fire button once while you're having your crosshair on the screen. Thats why
Here's what I did.
1) pick off the guards one at a time in the hallway with throwing knives. This should leave you with 70 ammo in the kf7 and 40 regular rounds.
2) rush the mainframe room with the kf7 and tuck myself under the camera until the guards stop. When they do, destroy the camera.
3) run back to the safe room, kill the guards and take the 2x pp7
4) pick up the document (the guard is gone)
5) destroy the hall camera, the camera in the side room, the camera in the ventilation staff (the one that ended so many of my runs before I actually found it), kill the guard with a slapper and take the tape
6) snipe out the guards in the control room with the kf7 (running back to the mainframe room if necessary).
7) clear the hallway in the last room with the pp7s and quickly take out that camera
8) lure out guards in the last room with the pp7 making sure to get the casualty list
9) destroy the last camera with the kf7
10) get Natalya and escape. All guards should be gone
This mission is actually kinda fun. It's very open-ended and so different from other missions. The real trouble is figuring out what to do. It's also really funny how dumb guards are. Your shots attract presence but their shots don't which make the throwing knives so effective
I had commented on another guide of same level and the uploader SWORE to me that the guards aren't endless as long as you don't trigger alaram. But they are!

Just lower all the enemies to your jeil cell if your not good at throwing knives. They take forever and you have plenty of time to kill them.

Well Developer interviews I saw had 1 staff member mentioning that your gun has a sound radius that increases the longer you shoot, and if that radius reaches enemies, they go to your location. So knowing that, single/burst shots are the best approach.
This level is nauseating and absurd. 😵😵💫

My knives don’t spawn,
They're down the well to the right of the cell door. Use the "watch magnet" to attract them.
If you haven't got the knives, use slaps until you get the silenced pistols from the safe.
I wonder what was going through the minds of the creators when they made this mission, because this mission is just rediculous.

See I have this issue where my enemies actually know how to aim
Aim at them and take them down before they can do that. Stun them with each shot. Be quick and use corners. Listen to sounds of their firing stop then step out.
@@AcidGlow I do, but then I get 10+ coming and they are behind each other and can’t be hit then they kill me, been stuck for 3 hours doing your route and same thing happens every time

It's a stealth mission. The devs intentionally programmed it like this to force you to use stealth, hence the throwing knives at the start of the level. Go loud and kill a guard by heavy gunfire and five more respawn in their place. Use slaps or knives to kill guards and they don't respawn. Once you have the silenced pistols from the safe use them to kill guards and take out cameras. This level is fairly easy on 00Agent if you use stealth. If you use a lot of loud gunfire this level is nigh on impossible on 00Agent.
Don't waste your time with the knives. The Soviet single shot does way better.
I have way more enemies than you and i have looked at other vids its the same thing i cant get passed this but just beat it on 00agent on pc wth is wrong with this port
It feels the same to me from the N64 version. That's what it is anyways. Maybe you're just overthinking from all the chaos?

I don't see why. I've done this level so many times and it's not a hard one if you don't over shoot into 1 target to waste ammo. 🤔 and if you keep your focus on 1 or 2 entry points, you can cover enemies as they run around a corner

@@maxstaa Use the corners to lure enemies and shoot as they run around the corner. Dont overshoot into 1 target when his body acts as a meat shield to enemies behind him. Keep moving and go down another hallway if you need to get a better angle.
I can't get a single shot on my gun it only fires 3 at a time

Weird that although you are firing like crazy, no extra enemies show up
