Ingredients:
For Pasta
Pasta - 1.25 cup (130 gm)
Water - To Boil Pasta
Salt - 1tsp
Oil - 1 tsp
Mozzarella Cheese
Processed Cheese
Cream - 1/2 cup
For Red Sauce:
Tomato - 5 medium
Oil - 1 tbsp
Butter - 1tsp
Garlic Cloves - 5-6 (finely chopped)
Onion - 1 medium (finely Chopped)
Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp
Oregano - 1 tsp
Red chilli flakes - 1/2 tsp
Black Pepper Powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp or to taste
Tomato Ketchup - 2 tbsp
Sugar - 1/2 tsp
For White Sauce:
Butter - 2 tbsp
All-Purpose Flour/ Maida - 2 tbsp
Milk - 1 cup (250 ml)
Oregano - 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp
Black Pepper Powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
For Veggies:
Oil - 1tbsp
Garlic Cloves- 4-5 (finely chopped)
Onion - 1 medium (Roughly Chopped)
Capsicum - 1 Medium (chopped)
Corns - 3/4 cup
Mushroom - 10-12
Salt - 1.5 tsp or taste
Red Chilli flakes- 1/2 tsp
Oregano- 1 tsp
Black Pepper Powder - 1/4 tsp
Mozzarella Cheese
Processed Cheese
