@yourfoodlab bro , basically I am from Tamilnadu, and I have tried this recipe with CC and it came out well with a delicious one, actually i implemented it in my kid school competition where fathers can participate , actually judge itself don't know anything about this recipe, everyone tried South Indian food but myself was uniquely prepared continental one, i feel really proud, and the result was favour to the South India recipe because judge doesn't know this recipe and preparation time .. really feel about the judge 😂

The combination of using freshly pureed tomato & the store bought one is brilliant. You get the best of both worlds. Taste bhi aur colour bhi. Tysm for the tip.

I tried lasagna at a restaurant but that one is a little sweeten side and we don't like sweet..So I didn't give a thought to try this... but when I saw your recipe then I realized oky I make it less sweet also.. and yesterday we tried it at home added roasted paneer soya chunks .. and it turns awesome.. more importantly it was at little tangy side...
