Unfortunately, even starting at $400k is outside a lot of people’s price points today especially with the rates. I’m looking at a job with the city that starts in the mid $60k range and if hired, we’d likely be renting for a couple years before we could even qualify for something decent. Hoping prices and or interest rates get better but I’m feeling more glass half empty these days.
Do the builders in this area including this one typically allow a house-to-sell contingency? I will be buying soon but have a house I will be selling in another state that I would need to close on before being able to close on a purchase. Thanks.

Prices are pretty stable so we have to get those rates down… Rates will be our saving grace 🙏
