That really turned out awesome!!! Love her reaction to it. I can appreciate what you taxidermist have to go through to get them looking that good. Can’t wait to see the complete mount.

Yeah, she's ready for the mount to be completed too. I got one more deer to mount first, her 10 point. She's keeping me busy!!

Hi Brother I'm interested if you can help repair a mature 6x6 bull I took in Montana this year he's a nice bull but the rut was ruff on his rack. A eye brow guard and fork broke. I'd love to get it restored?

I shot an elk that busted off his 5th and 6th together when his rack bounced off a rock on the death fall. It broke off a few inches past his 4th. The main problem there’s a crack and it’s flared out to one side. If I can bring the flared out portion back together it would fit nearly perfect. Any ideas on how to pull in a broke off main beam that’s flared.

You'd have to find me on Facebook, shoot me a friend's request and send me a message on FB messenger. You'd be able to send me pictures and I could evaluate it. Be glad to give an opinion on how to fix if possible!! Thanks for watching our videos

Were there pictures of the bull before he broke them off? or did you just completely make it up? Might as well just shoot a spike and turn it into a 330 bull.

Evidently you don't know much about elk or deer in general. If you want to discredit a 5-8 year old bull for making it through that long, or a 43 year old woman for killing her first bull after battling health issues for 10 years and beating it to the point that she drives herself to the point of being able to hike in 2.5 miles kill a giant bull, and back pack it out while spending 10 days in a tent, then you go right ahead. I'm here husband, guide, and Taxidermist. I've studied deer heads and taxidermy since 2003. I studied other elk in this area, nearly all the size of hers are 6x6. The forks that broke off were bigger around than you could put your hand around. I've done plenty of repair work, yet never added anything I didn't think an animal had, nor will I. I studied elk antlers for months, before doing this repair. It would have been a travesty in this bulls case to not honor him with what we thought he originally had. It would have been easier had he only broke one side. He was beat up, had 3in holes in his cape from fighting, and a broke off antler in his left eye.
All that said, please either enjoy our channel for what it is, which is sharing or experience with other giving you clean entertainment, or choose to move on. Thanks for watching

@@godscountryhuntingfishing1638 I know plenty about elk and deer...guided for years myself and I've hunted around the world. Her health issues aren't part of the conversation so drop it.
