Beautiful work and accompishment on your B-52B. "Balls Eight" was a B-52 performing X-15 drops during those days. No worries of your X-15. Just perfect it and adjust CG. It will be an eye opener when you fire its engine. By the way, your B-52 took off in a level attitude like the full scale one. Well done in your flying and building this legendary bomber.
That thing looks and flies incredible! I wish there were a way for me to get a hold of those fans so that I could balance them for him! I will do it for free!! The plane will fly faster and quieter!!
Awesome BUFF! X15 amazing at least it dropped but I guess the rocket motor didn’t fire likely a loose wire, it happens. The more things you do the more things go wrong, I am sure it’s worked before, hope to see successful launch video one day! Gorgeous buil!
Obviously the X-15 is tail heavy. I did some repairs to it and forgot to rebalance. It'll be flying again next weekend. BTW there are videos of it flying correctly on TH-cam already.
Eject Mike get out.... :( I was there in 96. It was mayhem, More warbirds went down that day then I can count, including a B-17 that was caught in a cloud caused when the fire department hit the field with water after it caught fire due to some pyros. The saddest was the British Halifax that due to an incoming storm and lack of power could not gain altitude and set down in the grass. The landing looked soft enough...

I swear I saw black smoke from the engines at takeoff!!!! lol. Beautiful build!!! 🇺🇸👍💙🙋♂️🖖🏻
stunning build! thumbs up again:)
For such a large wingspan this beast handles pretty nice, not a sports car, but a well mannered limo.
Great work on the B52 and X-15. Congratulations!
What a masterpiece!!🏆🥇
Ive never wanted something so much in my life
From the X-15: Mayday! Mayday! Mayday! Spin instructions please!! LOL!
That was spectacular! Well done!
Impressive indeed. Og°
This is my absolute favorite scratch built plane. And he flys it like a cheapy BNF which is fantastic
I'm just having fun! Thank you though!
"It pulls a little to the right." 😁🤪
I am impressed.... Col Mike USAF Ret.

that was the most surprising x15 flight . Mothership is awesome
Nice job on the B-52!! 😄👍👍
Nice
Very cool sir only needs one more thing the smoke from the engines lol
Completely brilliant 👏🏼👏🏼
Cool model, thanks❤
His wife is thinking, gee I wish his hobby was to be a furrier or jeweler; think of all the fur coats and diamond rings I’d have by now.
Dang. I really wanted to see that X-15 fly.
They're are other videos of the X-15 flying. And I'm certain there will be more.
@@HillsHobbies thanks!
Amazing 🛩️💯
Nicest BUF I've ever seen 🎉
WOW!
👏👏👏
Glad your X-15 survived; looks like its CG was too far back--maybe add a bit of weight in the nose next time?
Believe the bomb itself was tail heavy 😅
B-52, superb, X-15, not so much. 👍
Nice! Can we get a second controller on that x 15 tho? lol
I got one word for you. Check the weight and balance
That's five words.
Pedantic
X-15 was tail-heavy by a bunch. Too bad. We all really wanted to see it blast skyward!

Very nice B-52 model...But the X-15 doesn't fly. It just falls uncontrollably towards the ground...Too bad :(
Not enough black smoke to be scale.
Eject!
