We lived in Sennen Cove from 1997 to 2004 running The Old Boathouse, the shop close to the lifeboat house. We were there when the Mülheim ran aground. (It was 2003 by the way not 2004.) We did good business out of the wreck! The coxswain of the lifeboat had taken some excellent photos & his prints sold like hotcakes in the shop!! Sennen Cove is very special to us.
What a lovely place to live and work. Our mistake with the wreck, duly noted. We really enjoyed our trip to Cornwall and having the time to really explore. The last video of the series we finish on a real high. Thanks for watching and for mentioning us on Twitter😃
We only managed such a long trip because of Keith's accident with the bandsaw, we had planned on a two week trip but he was given two weeks off sick as well meaning we could travel for longer. We had talked about going full time in the van but to be honest we were glad to get home after such a long trip. Having said that, we do class ourselves as very fortunate to br able to travel so much. This year we are planning on having week long trips when Keith gets time off work. Cornwall was beautiful though and pretty quiet in September
Another place I have never visited 🙄. The comparison of the waves either side of the harbour wall was very telling. I used to live in Mullion and went to school in Helston, home of RNAS Culdrose. Many are thankful for the air sea rescue service 👍. Lovely video guys, thank your for sharing 😊
The beach the other side of the lighthouse has got to be the nicest beach in Cornwall. Very shallow and great for kids, clear blue water (although lot of seaweed when you was there?) Did you get down to the wreck in the end?
Morning Greg. Nope we didn't get down to it sadly, but we will be back. Yep it was quite weedy when we were there. There had been a rough sea and high winds the night before. We are enjoying your joint adventure with the Gadgets

@@campingdogz626 have a lovely time in the Cotswolds. We are off to the Yorkshire Dale's in March for a long weekend, and then Oxfordshire for a week in April. After that not sure but week long trips instead of longer outings. We are thinking of either Northumberland or the New Forest for a week later in the year and the Lake District and North Wales are always on the radar as we love both places. We will be doing a regular Friday series of videos now of walks with the dogs, I am walking again now I have lost all telhe weight. First dog walk video is out tomorrow.🐶🐶🐶🐶
@@campingdogz626 Catbells is a nice walk, also various routes up the Old Mam of Coniston. A walk around Tarn Hows is lovely whatever the weather or time of year and also Grizedale Forest with lots of interesting paths and sculptures. You will love it up there. Enjoy👍🐶🐶🐶🐶

We had planned on getting there earlier so we could get on to the wreck but time and tide went against us😞 We made sure to leave a bad review about the cafe on Trip Advisor.👍

We dropped lucky, we were there for 28 days in September and for all but three days we had sunshine. We have been before and had constant rain, so we know how you felt. Thanks for watching.
Hello! Guys nice area, but that wreck, reminded me of the TOREY CANYON, , was that 67? Imagine CHARGING FOR CREAM ! Reminds me of years ago my brother & a group, were in GAHNA AFRICA Those little soaps, they cut those into 4 pieces , 1 at braising, & 1 at shower, but @ breakfast , those little jams, jelly , & butter, they CHARGED FOR THEM ! OH well, CHEERS FROM NJ. USA🏴🏴🏴🇬🇧🇺🇸
I drink black anyway and Keith did on this occasion to prove a point. We made sure they knew that we thought they were taking liberties charging extra on what wasn't even the nicest coffee. Thanks for watching.

We were around Mullion at some point in the trip and drove past Culdrose a few times. We were amazed at how big it was.
Yet more interesting/great scenery but missed the dogs, thankyou. Best wishes for 2020, looking forward to more.
