Has anyone peeled the stocks like she did and sliced them add to bowl...yes raw!!! Add some salt and lemon....like eating cucumber....you will LOVE it....best snack ever!!!!

Gonna try your receipe, broccoli is a new vegetable around here, so my mom and grandma don't know how to cook it. i had it in the States quite often and liked it a lot, but my cooking skills aren't where they suppose to be, i cook it as cauliflower basically.

I use the big stamp too, but cook it with the potatos and the smaller stamps from the flower I cut in a cross so the flower not get over cooked
