Thank you Angela that's what a lot of other guitar players wanting to instruct don't realize even when we explain it we can't see thru their fingers (like superman) I'm so happy you identified this you are a keeper for us we love your methods and expressive shimmy of your Shoulders looks like your dancing with the guitar that's awesomely cool 😎🆒
Angela can't I just keep you in my pocket my mini you and pull you out to practice???

@@alfredromero4784so true !
I`ve been playing for 30 plus years.
you are one of the best teachers I`ve seen!!!
Excellent!!!
This is my all time favorite solo! It’s not fast, or complex, but the timing and vibrato Paul Kossoff commands on this solo is incredible. I heard he wrote it when he was just a teen. Fantastic solo. Thanks Angela!!
Angela.is Not boring she's a Real entertainer I ENJOY Learning this lesson and many others Thank you Very much Angela 1:00:39
You're actually playing the second guitar parts from the album version. You should be playing a power chord of A but add the A on the 5th fret 6th string. 😊
that is the second Guitar from the Album version (2 Guitars ) live Paul RIP plays that live (one Guitar) the very nasty chord with the pinky on the 5 fret on the 6 string cause he want´s to get a fatter Sound the alternation with the first finger changed every time -so cause the measurement of a strat and the Les Paul are different it`s not so easy to do that on a Strat and the Sound- Paul i think stands in front oF a Plexi with a 4 x 12 cabinett or 2 cabinetts you will not see much pedals but be shure that this ia Loud agressive Sound - makes your trousers flattering but- Paul was very expienced with that situation over 700 hundred Live show s in two years and you hardly can immitate that- cause of the volume and how to use a volume Poti on a les paul with Kossoffs vibrato any how he has a very sweet and not agressive Sound and also your Lesson Learn to play All right Now is very good I try that for over 6 Years 😁but hard to get that Sound the vibrato is spectacular and you have to be a very good player to come near to Kossoff but perhaps ok 😀so 😀
I remember when this song came out when I was in high school - it quickly became one of my favorites! Thank you for breaking it down for us!
Thanks for helping me correct mistakes I've made playing this song! It's been my favorite songs since the mid seventies. Your a very good teacher. Thank you!
How did I miss this one earlier? Paul Kossoff is my all time favorite guitar player 🙏 he just moves me like nobody else 💙 and Free my favorite band. It’s amazing to see you acknowledge Koss and Free 🙏🥳
Thank you Angela, another great lesson. Thanks for taking your time with all us newbies 💕
great lesson on the lead part!!!
Would have never thought of playing this song with zero gain but I think it sounds marvelous this way because you can really hear the cord colors!
What a great representation of this song by Angela!
😘💕
Totally agree! I decided to bypass the gain and crunch for the tutorial, so all of you could hear the beautiful nuances of the chords and riffs! Happy playing!

Thank you!
I knew when I spelled the word "cord" there was something that looked odd with the spelling usage? Lol
You know this song was the source of many arguments or debates back in the day (late 80s/early 90s) with that A/D chord in the beginning and the tail end of the solo with the unison bend type stuff.
You solved the mystery and debate!☝️😁hahaha
.. And you break it down so simply and logically.
What a treat to revisit, you're just fantastic!
Thanks again 👍 😘💕
Thank you Angela, love and blessings from Kruger Park in South Africa.🇿🇦🇿🇦🇿🇦🇿🇦🤗
Watching from NYC. These are just the greatest videos! So helpful.
Hi Angela. I like you to know that I learn a great part of how to play my instrument. I have a acoustic electric guitar. I couldn't play a note 4 months ago and by watching and practicing the music flows through the living room. Greetings from great fan..Bert de Vries from the Netherlanda.
A big shout out to you for your channel.
Thanks ! I have been struggling with this song, you're the best.
You are SO GOOD! Thank you for another great lesson!
A great lesson ..love detail you put into it .thanks soo much
Lady this was so very helpful .I am so very grateful. I find your lessons most interesting, your way of explaining is so forward. There are many lessons available but up to present I find your the most very helpful. Please keep doing what you do I fully appreciate your insight to what's available and shown most accurate in your achievements. Thank you regards Whittie a struggling musician.
Snowbird between northeast Ohio and central Florida here, and just getting back into practice after a too long hiatus due to some huge personal setbacks. In the early stages of my 1979-2002 garage band adventure, I used to play beginner rhythm guitar with my lead vocals, leaving the advanced chord voicings and solos to our lead guitarist. The late great Johnny D (1965-1981) absolutely shredded on this one. My first wife, Jan (1961-2003), was great on vocals, guitar, and keyboards.
For now, about six months into resuming practice with a steel plate in one shoulder, a paraphrased classic George Carlin 'road rage' joke from the '80s "I play like old people f•••, slow and sloppy." describes the status of my overdue comeback. LOL
Keystone lake Oklahoma hey,,,love ur choices of music I love rock en roll but blues my heart

Hey Rock Star lady. Thank you. You Rock. I wish you all the very best with your EP. Keep rocking. Unbelievable lady.
finally That's how Paul Kossoff played it..Brava Congratulations👍🎸🎶
Thanks so much!!!
Well far be it for me to nit pick but not quite. Everyone i have ever heard plays the first part in what is referred to hear as solo 3 wrong, and many play the whole thing wrong. There are only 4 sets of hammer ons (not 5) and it’s played on a slightly different groove to the second part. It’s not an easy thing to get right but once you have it you can nail it. Of course there is nothing wrong with playing your own take on this song but it’s not as easy as many think if you want to duplicate the original. It’s also slightly easier to play on a Les Paul than a Strat due to the slightly shorter scale.
Thanks for your respect for Koss . Fantastic !
Great channel. I just subbed and rang the bell. I never saw your channel. It just popped up in my recommended videos today.
I love Angela.
A guitar setup at Guitar Center is $60 and leaves you still needing a real setup. Weather usually changes the neck at least twice a year. You’re better off learning how to do it and buying a few tools. Especially if you have a few guitars you play regularly. Dave’s World of Fun Stuff is a good TH-cam channel for that.
Great lesson Angela only comment is Paul did not play the intro with the high A on the E he played it with the A on the low E string

Nice lesson- on 8.54 I don't think Paul Kossoff plays the pinky on the 5th fret D he actually plays the 6th string A 5th fret on this riff -many utubers teach that incorrect.
the D note on the 5th string is not in the song with the pinkie, something doesn.t sound right .
Kansas City a year later
Because Kosoff wanted a bigger fatter sound while there was no bass playing. 😊

Can't find the Paul David collab yet. Time will tell.
th-cam.com/video/7j9__AvExWI/w-d-xo.html It's not a collaboration, it Paul Davids in Namm. He gets worst advice from a number of notable faces. Angela P is at 5:42. I loved how she turned worst advice around into best advice.
Alright 😎👍

Your volume is always very low. Guitar is correct level but your voice is very low.
