First Flight With DJI Avata 2 - Motion Blur Edition!

- Yeah I broke down and got the Avata 2. A low cruise has always been my favorite way to fly.. this thing checks all the boxes in what I like. The flight was in all manual mode and recorded in Dlog M and color graded.
I'm not sure if it was the stock rates that was on it, or if it's just the way it flies but it seemed like I was able to hold elevation a lot better. You'll see me slow down in the first half of the video.. that's where I was adjusting the cam angle on the fly. It starts out at 15 when you flip it to manual mode then took it to around 25 for cruising after flying it a bit.
Hopefully I'll find some spots besides my yard before the year is out. lol

Oh yea, motion blur adds drama and depth to the video! You can hit pause wile watching your video and you can see it big time. Your headed in the right direction, your videos have gotten way better over time! But i have been there also, question is now..were do i go (places) to get the good video! as always man! good to see ya upload one.
Yes I have absolutely got to find some good spots. Nothing around here but Carter Caves and I've already ripped there.. I mean there's a lot more to Carter Caves but woods is woods no matter where you go. Gotta find some places. I've got a few places in mind I just need to drive a ways to get there. Love this thang.. lol Super versatile for sure.. slow, cruise, distance, penetration, and some super clear video in the goggles.. way better than the 02 system I've flown with the last few years on the V1 goggles.. lol Manual is so smooth dude.. wild how much control even tho it's full manual

Nice motion blur brother. Your cinebot 30 seems a bit faster, but that could be from the gopro on it, giving a better motion blur appearance. Pretty cool 👍👍

Remember, its not all about getting video, its about having fun and enjoying what your doing. Thats the biggest mistake many make. I would much rather fly and have fun without posting video than not have fun and worrying about how the video looks and where else to fly to get better video. That there is an illness.
