I'm not an expert on motors, sizes, etc, but I can tell you about my feeling when flying. This drone can rip, and I felt super comfortable doing acrobatics with it, which is not very common with small drones. If that difference is because of the motors, the weight, or a combination, I'm not sure, but again, the feeling is of more power and more control with this drone.
Hi. I want to buy one firefly drone from a guy leaving in another city. We're Brazilians. The receiver is a SPI FrSky. My radio is a Radiomaster TX12 and I think it doesn't have this "spi". Do you have any idea if it's possible to bind and how? I don't want to buy before I have some confirmation. Thank you.
Hello, I'm surprised to see that you managed to fly this little drone with the insta go 2 camera. I also tried to change the original canopy to place the one that allows you to place the instago 2 and a times done this has been impossible to take off. I think you had to make Betaflight settings to achieve this because I don't see why it works with yours and not with mine... also what you could say in your video is that the small protective washer which is on the camera is really very fragile. in my case it broke from the first disassembly while for this small drone I was very careful all the same. I think flywoo is a little mocking us by making us believe that this little drone was able to fly with an insta go 2! Damage!
Hey Lez. You saw it in the video, it was very hard for the drone to even lift off. I didn't do any changes in betaflight to achieve this. Maybe the battery choice? Still, it's not something I'll recommend, or even do again. I did it just for the sake of test and the video, but is nothing really to do. The same with the most recent review I did for another Flywoo 2S drone in my channel. it technically works, but is nothing you really want to do.
Did you find that the camera view was a little dark? Also, which receiver version did you get? Trying to find other videos that have the Frsky version.
Hi. I have the ELRS version. I didn't find the camera dark. In all honestly I expect very little from the cameras of these small drones, so I'm not sure if it's very dark, but I know that I fly and I enjoy a lot this drone
This drone tempts me so damn much, about the only thing that I'm a bit apprehensive of is the lack of prop guards since there'll be limited outdoors flying in the coming months, however I think I'll overcome that quite fast
I find that flying indoor without prop guards makes me fly much slower, and I don't try to push that much gaps, but it's still quite fun. My advice, just buy a bunch of props and fly as hard as you want. Props are cheap and it will be the only thing getting damage if you crash indoors
it has a uFl connector, so most antennas will be better than the stock. But consider the weight of the antenna. A micro lollipop may work, but honestly, I'm using the stock antenna and I'm very happy with the range
@@NordFPV They are brand new, but i ordered different ones with Gnb27 connector. Can be the crossfire is heavier for the drone? Also im landing around 3,5 Volts
@@furdamichal The crossfire will add a couple of grams, yes, but that is not enough to shave around 5 min of flying time. Mine, with PH2 batteries (530mAh) flies for 7-8 min, and I'm also landing at around 3.5.
Hi. First, why do you need to flash it? Second, there are many informative videos on how to do this. I'm sure if you put a little bit of time you will do it without a problem, and you won't need to either spend money on it, and more importantly, be without your drone for too long. Availability of service depends on where do you live.
@@kaelstokes5804 it's easy to recover it. Just set the drone in DFU mode, go again into the same place you used for flashing the firmware, and flash the correct one
Wish i could mount the instago2 on my geprc tinygo 4k ...
I never get more than 4 mins tops. I use my eachine charger for the batteries. It came with my Eachine Pro 65 2s.
Is your charger HV? And your batteries?
whats the flight time with go2?
Hi, the flying was pretty awful with the action camera. I think it was about 2 min, if you can call that flying. I will not recommend it.
@@NordFPV LOL thought as much, ty brudda!
I 100% agree with you about express LRS versus FRsky. I’ve had the same experience switching from one to another. 👍
I've been using ELRS now for a while, and I'm so happy I did the change. Specially the binding process, it's so easy!
Do you think I can use RadioMaster TX12 using the method you showed? Thanks
Of course you can!
@@NordFPV thanks
Does the 0802.4 feel more powerful than 0802 ? Its just a little tiny bit bigger. Im not a fan of the 1mm shafts. 1002 motors should come out

Hey Paulo. Yes you should be able to bind. The TX12 is multi protocol and you have to select the FrSky d16 option
Nice video! Seems like a fun little drone :)
