- We aren't working on the Subie today so I decided to convert my Fiancee's lights on her 2013 Corolla to these LED bulbs I picked up from Amazon. These are direct plug & play and they are bright! Hello Sir, I'm about to change my foglight soon when i received my order online. I just wan't to ask regarding on removing the fender below to access the foglight Is it possible to push out that covers from behind to remove the foglight covers and replaced it for a new one? I also purchased some fog lights covers to replace my old ones it does have some scratches on it. And i wounded if it's possible to push some clips behind so i can remove those fog lights cover.
It’s possible but it will be very difficult because there are screws behind the fog lights. Removing the front bumper is the best and easiest way.

High beam bulbs on these cars are separate. They should be the 9006 bulbs.

I think the Corolla is low enough to where it won’t be blinding to others. I did test it out by parking in front of it and they were bright but not blinding.

Nope, sorry. I didn’t get a chance to do the high beams! I will make a video if I do though!
Everything online is saying I need a conversion kit to go from halos to LED. Any news on if these have melted any wiring, harness or housing?
I’ve heard of this too. Pretty sure the conversion kit you’re referring to is built in to the bulb itself but I could be wrong. Regardless, the bulbs are still running strong and I haven’t run into any issues with the headlight/fog light assembly.

Does the corolla have DRL? If it does, do they still work after installing the LEDs?
I believe the DRL on this model is separate from the LED so it still works.

It got warm but not hot at all.

Nope, they are still running strong!
Those lenses need restoration, first and foremost. Then, do the LED upgrade. By the way, Lasfit are much better than those. I've been installing them for years and not one has failed yet.
