I just bought the Redmi Note 13 Pro+ over 2 months ago. To replace my Poco X3 GT had it for over 2 years. Great Phone. I'm thinking about buying the Redmi K70E for a second phone. But if Poco comes out with the Poco X6 GT in January. I will wait. Will they be the same for Spec's? Redmi K70E now on sale for $329. I live in Chicago USA. No Problems with 5g. Can't get rid of the Chinese Apps. What do you think? Thank you very much.

I think Dimensity 8300 Ultra is going to be the most sought-after chipset this year. Such a balanced chip and is available at such a price. Redmi K70E is a no brainer.

7 plus gen 2 scores higher in geekbench. Its single core score is almost 1700 and multi-core is close to 4400 so it is faster than dimensity 8300 in terms of cpu.
are you joking? the antutu bench mark of dimensity 8300 is massively 1.5m in v10 antutu.. and the 7plus gen 2 scores below 1.1m respectively.. how would you say that the poco f5 chipset is faster than k70e

The fact would be that the 7+ gen 2 has the power of the 8 gen 1,while the 8300 ultra is between the 8+ gen 1 and 8 gen 2.
So it's easy to know who's better.
8300 is better on single core cpu only.

I had realme GT Neo 3T and now bought Poco F5
Realme GT Neo 3T performance was Far better in games constant 90 fps with screen recording
Poco F5 struggles with frame drops brightness drop
Also Poco F5 after latest update is giving 90 fps only

My friend has 8+ gen 1 iqoo Neo 7 pro it starts lagging crazy after 40 minutes of gaming
Now I played BGMi for 5 hours in Snapdragon 870 with screen recording
870 was so stable consistent ans efficient
Try that in 7+ gen 2 or 8+ gen 1 they will throttle too much and 8+ gen 1 heats up more it can reach 50°c easily
Shame 870 still destroys 8+ gen 1 in performance or stability or long term uses
8300 will be far better at least it will give better performance maybe 8300 heat more and use battery
But no 2023 processor can come close to legendary snapdragon 870

If that is Poco X6 Pro, then it's a very huge upgrade from X5 Pro. So maybe that's X6 GT?
Edit: but if this is indeed Poco F6, then it's a bold move because they went from Snapdragon to Mediatek. I'm not saying Mediatek is bad since my phone is also using Mediatek (D8050) and it is fast not gonna lie. Poco F series has been using Snapdragon SoC just sayin'.

My Redmi k70e is unable to show notification when receiving Whatsapp call while unlocked in home page even after trying all sorts of solution found online. While my Redmi note 13 pro does not have this issue.
chinese phones usually have slow notification issue when used in other countries, try to enable "auto start" in apps setting or you can unlock the bootloader to flash a different rom, unlock fees is like $50+ though
@@1_43 the slow notification issue is resolved by always allow contacts, enable auto restart and no battery restriction settings in permissions. However the no popup notification when receiving whatsapp call in unlocked screen issue still persists. The phone is able to ring and vibrate when receiving Whatsapp calls. Redmi note 13 pro is having the same issue after upgrading to hyperOS. The display popup window permission is missing in android settings. When you access Whatsapp settings notifications it shows popup notification not available. When you press on it says popup notifications are no longer available in your version of android. Seems to be a hyperOS issue.

Mine is pretty much alive and the battery also still good. If i don't play games i think one charge a day is enough with heavy media usage.
