I saw a labor and delivery say that your not supposed to bounce on a ball your supposed to rock your hips back and forth to help relax your pelvis or something- while on the ball. But you did start having some contractions while on the ball so she may be wrong!

There’s no reason to induce labor if not necessary. Your baby will come when they’re ready & putting that risk for them to come early just for convenience is not worth it.
