மீன் போட்டு 10 நிமிடங்கள் விட்டால்... மீன் தன் தனித் தன்மையை இழந்துவிடும்... மீன் போட்டு 3நிமிடமே அதிகம்... ஏனென்றால் இது கடல் மீன்.. சூடு பட்ட உடனேயே வெந்துவிடும்... அதிகம் வெந்தால் சுவை குறையும்... இதுக்கு கிராமங்களில் ஒரு பழ மொழி சொல்வார்கள்.... மீன் வெந்து கெட்டது... கறி (மட்டன்) வேகாமல் கெட்டது... மீன் வெந்தால் சுவை குறையும்... கறி வேகாவிட்டால் சுவை குறையும்... ஒரு முறை நான் சொன்னதை செய்து பாருங்கள்
