Robin you are a lifesaver. Just listening to you creates a lot of comfort for me. Your videos help me get through the most challenging period in my life.

So thankful for this video it’s crazy how perfectly you describe safety and with the few specific details that actually mean safety to me. All love💗💗

Thank you so much for making this video. During the meditation, where I was really embracing my "inner child", tears trickled down my cheek without me realising. I must have subconsciously felt so empathised, understood, and cared for. Also, it was really great to have the experience of truly connecting with myself. I feel much better after the meditation, and I am so grateful to know that I can always return to this video. Thank you so much, Robin.

I couldn't thank you more for this. I had a similar experience to you and realised I needed to do this but was doing in the wrong way. So much gratitude to you.

The negative emotions I have are from negative symptoms I feel from withdrawal or maybe even brain damage… pills and drugs made me feel all sorts of horrible symptoms. And even tho I left medication and drugs, I still feel these things, also dpdr is annoying it won’t leave ever, but it’s ok.. I hope
