Rough conditions there not surprising you blanked I’ve been out tonight and blanked too fishing has been terrible up here in North Wales not even the mackerel have turned up in any sort of numbers going out again tomorrow night just down the road to my local beach. @@peterc1927 it was painful but had driven for 5 hours which was uncomfortable at the end. So that was effecting me. Had a good day taking in the scenery and fresh air. Good few bears in the pub the next night as that night of the session we slept in the van again. All the best mate hope all is good your end.

Maybe you could call the channel "Vern and Pets Fishing adventures" and bring Karen along to more of them so she can stir you up as well, she is great when she is with you. and when she is not there you have Johns dogs with you which are classified as pets, just not yours.

@@LynEdwards-tk2fs never saw that wave coming. It’s not just chesil beach you need look out for. Never got big enough hooks for that whale. 🐳. 🤣🤣 or mackerel. Litter by fishermen or locals they are all humans with bad traits. If I lived there and used that area I would litter pick once a month. Such a lovely place with easy access to fish and eventually it’ll go tits up like other marks do. Went on the Yorkshire coast and access to marks to fish are being blocked off. Floating beads might have been answer or baited feathers if there is major crab activity. Hindsight jobs worths giving advice that's all u need eh vern . 😅

Does that help the channel 🤔. Personally I think you should be on main stream TV it’s better than all of the S@&!E that’s on there . Just a thought 🤔👍🎣

@@dm51964 Those teenagers after seeing me struggle offered to help me. Better late than never, meant a lot. Just making childlike noise as kids do but all good there. Enjoyed fishing that day even though I was to struggle. Didn’t realise about the dredging effecting my catching but something else learned there. All the best matey hope all is well your end.
@@VernsSeaFishing At least the lads were not as bad as I thought. We get some scrotes now and again on the Humber bank area I fish but normally just loud or stoned or both. At least those near you were fishing and I was a bit harsh. Try the Dorset coast though if you can get the chance and I fished it for a couple of years when I worked there and had 23 different species fish...it is bonkers and fishes well from September onwards

Fished on and off on Workington pier for 50 years never caught anything big but good fun in winter for whiting on light gear

And the Sospan D is a sand dredger , from wales , it brings sand to a town 4 miles from me 👍🏻

It’s a sand dredger it dredges sand off the Gower coast and delivers it in burry port for a few months then goes off to other ports then returns again

Sospan Dua is a dredger Vern- Andrew Jones can tell you what it means in Welsh. That venue was windier than a bean factory canteen mate!
