I've travelled down from Scotland to EOBC for the past few years. Mappelton has always been kind to me. I fish the same mark as john. Keep doing the matches as they are fun to do and watch.

That beach can be very hard work and hats off to you for persisting. The last time I fished it only had two very small Rockling on worm and it was a real struggle and have blanked there before but that is fishing. All the best for Cornwall
Hi Mike thanks for posting. Wondering where do you park cars now at Mapp the car park is supposed to be closed due to danger of erosion. Where in Cornwall you going.
Tried at weekend at mappleton, took wrong gear with 😂 took rods instead of surf boards was hella rough like, ended up at paul was calm no fish tho 1 bite 😂

Great video buddy. John next to you was doing ok with the bass. Where was he casting if you don’t mind me asking. Down the length of the breakwater past the end or was he dropping it in against it? I only ask because the pull there has found my bates up against it a few times and all I have done is snagged and lost tackle, so generally kept well clear.
