"I pulled out and there was shit all over it.. come fly with me" will go down as the funniest EVER sentence for me! I am barely able to sit in my chair!
I love Joe Wilkinson’s bits on this show, but the unscrewed bolts one was all-time. The timing, the misdirection (I thought it was going to be an airplane joke). 😂
He's saying "Ah", with the back of the throat, not "R". "R" is produced with a movement of the tongue which he lacks the ability to do because of genetics.
He said in an interview that he actually likes that his friends don’t take him too seriously and he expects nothing less from them. I love his attitude to the ribbings. Makes it so much more fun when he eyeballs the camera to acknowledge it 😂
Sean Locks bit about older entertainers doing a terrible joke followed by jazzy singing comes to mind. And _that_ joke about stopping a dog humping your leg...
agreed, though for the sake of any oddball who's inspired to sing after jim's performance: his vibrato is what my old voice prof would call 'church-lady vibrato' in that it comes from the top of the throat/mouth and will cause damage over time (i think that's only if it's done often, but that class was like 8 years ago so i'm not 100% sure)
The intro lines to Sweet Caroline are supposed to be bright and effortless because after that you are going to start belting it out at the chorus. Jimmy's throat was tight and his tone rather flat with very little chest, and it's a good bet that he would have cracked trying to hit the higher notes. And it's just my opinion, his voice is ok but Sweet Caroline is too ambitious for him. Still it's hard to judge his full singing ability on so little evidence.
OMG this was an absolutely brilliant show in its day. (I so much wish it was still on). Jimmy Carr is a brilliant host with the incredible Sean, Joe, and Co being awesome leads. It just doesn't come any better than this. Like seriously. 👍👍👍
@@JuICyBLiinGeRgenuinely baffles me when people assume jimmy's laugh is fake or him sometimes laughing differently is evidence. i've got like five different laughs and i seriously doubt these people don't. i think they're just unself-aware
“Moon River, yeah do Moon River you tosser” is an all time favourite line for me
Along with "Oh you sing like a wanker!"
3:02
the tosser was so random and caught me off guard. Loved it 😆
Jimmy goes to Scotland APRIL 1st, Instantly Arrested as a Comedic Terrorist!
And "Oh you sing like a wanker" was the perfect take down of Jimmy's actually half decent singing voice 😂
Joe Wilkinson laughing tears is so infectious.
I kept loling in an Uber watching that. Great stuff
Remember he had a man massaging him, he was completly in tears... ?
"He really wants to sing! He wants to be taken seriously!" The sheer piss-taking brutality of it all was such a delight.
"I pulled out, there was shit all over it 🎶 Come fly with me...🎶"
😆😆😆
That stare-off after 1:36 where Joe and Jimmy are trying to see who can break last is wonderful 😂
I wish Sean was here for Jimmys singing, he would have ruined him 🤣
Definitely
idk i think he might have been too incapacitated from crying with laughter XD
Aw you made me happy and sad at the same time
Just another of the many incidents where I wish Sean were here. He made so much of these panel shows better.
I miss Sean too, he was just effortlessly funny wasn't he!
"He just says I'm sorry" is a severely underrated joke in the moment
I would have loved to see Jimmy give her the remote.
Her most potent jokes always come out of nowhere, she’s amazing
She was so quick on that I had to pause the video because I was laughing so hard I was afraid I'd puke. I love her so much lmao
😂😂😂 really was
Even funnier that they announced their divorce now
3:35 Roisin's hysterical burst into laughter has me in absolute bits

I all reminds me if Spike Jones' Laughing Record.
It was Alison Hammond level laughing fr 🤣

I knew exactly what was going to happen and CRINGED - the lighting techie's nightmare - no safety chain (doubtless round Joe's sweaty neck).
That was one of the greatest TV moments ever!
Very thoughtful of John to do an audible mascot when paired with Chris.
The electricity round had me crying. The pacing was spot on. I need to go lie down.
They took that idea from Rosin
0:48 oh thats aged very well
Nobody loves and despises their friend Jimmy more than Roisin and Joe 😅😅
Lucy's "I don't see this for life" now has an entirely different meaning
Why?
@@YBtane The Richardsons announced a divorce recently
at least now Jimmy can go back to the lonely Jon jokes
Was just about to say that.
Jon is a total arrogent bell*** shes stunning!!. She must of used him... good on her😊
Joe seems so joyous in this
Because he's not playing a character.
Jonathan Woss saying "I struggle with 'ahh'" and pronouncing the R perfectly just shows he plays the long game like an absolute pwofessional.
He can say the long arrhh sound perfectly well. Its the short R he can't say. He can't say ruhh, it sounds like wuhh. Mostly words that start with R.

The best panel shows truly are the ones where the panel are pissing themselves with laughter.
Or with being electrocuted.
roisin and joe like "go on, we believe in you" and immediately losing their shit laughing LOL
‘Do Moon River you tosser’
This line alone is so indicative of British TV
"I pulled out, there was shit all over it, come fly with me" is the funniest thing I've ever heard!
Delivery was spot on. 😂😂
Lucy saying to Jon..."I don't see this being forever..."
She meant it too. They've just announced their divorcr
@@garykemplay6091 Yep, that's what I was referring to lol

The way some people respond to a celebrity divorce in Britain is truly horrifying.

Alan is savage in this. Love it
One of the best 8/10 countdowns ever
Joe and Roisin are the comedy duo made in heaven! 😂
15:51 sometimes I wonder if part of Jimmy’s punishment for the tax thing is a mandatory amount of tax jokes made at his expense being broadcast

Really...?
Absolutely crying here , brilliant
Sean Locks bit about older entertainers doing a terrible joke followed by jazzy singing comes to mind. And _that_ joke about stopping a dog humping your leg...
Carr actually can sing. I'd normally want to shock someone who begins singing "Sweet Caroline," but he sounded good.

The fact that Lucy was making jokes about breaking up with John is very telling now.
Coming to this in April 2024 seeing that Jon and Lucy are splitting hits different
5:00 I am convinced that Joe, Roisin, Jon, and Jimmy shared a "cigarette" on lunch break. 🤣
Joe's nuts and bolts gag was brilliant. Great timing/editing. Was not expecting that. Looks like Jon wasn't either 😆

I always like to watch people get shocked with a little device that I use on a near daily basis for muscle spasms and pains 😂😂😂😂
Thank you Rachel.
The woman putting the letters up in the pinkish dress is stunning!

saving this for later ;) thanks jon
0:48 - that aged well!
What's the name of the guy at 16:40 , pink t-shirt very heavy accent, or where is he from?, I just would to know where is that accent from, thanks!
Can't remember his name but the accent sounds similar to Hull. Around that area most likely if you wanted to try and find it
The face Rachel first makes when Jon does his ASMR is the slimmest ever chance she'd do him going up in smoke forever!
The beginning is sooooo funny every time I watch it 🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣👊🏼
It's also funny when you are not watching it.

00:50 Yeah, no kidding!
As much as Sean is most definitely missed, I’m not sure he could’ve added anything to the singing clip - it was on par with the ‘glory hole’ clip
