    Body dysmorphia is a horrible thing to deal with. And he looks so great! It just goes to show how body dysmorphia warps your perception to such a degree that it doesn’t align with reality anymore.

    It should move. The key is to never get satisfied. Not to the point of dysmorphia, but always chase excellence. Celebrate a milestone, but move on to the next one. Or get complacent and regress. You're moving forward or backward. When you stop moving, you're dead.

      Nobody is talking about stop moving, but to learn how to enjoy your achievments, the goal you okce dreams about and allowing yourself to feel good about.
      Its the same as the people who pursuits money, the never ger satisfied, it does not make sense living that way … always seeking never ending story
