They are pretty good for Zona Alfa, they're a little taller than most of the models people are using, but that's not a big deal, your hero should be larger than life, of course :P. They are really nicely detailed but I've struggled to paint them well as they are vinyl, not sure why that changes it, but I've always found vinyl models to be difficult to paint. Certainly worth picking up and the game is great fun as well :P (Sorry I missed this comment cus it's an older vid)
There are no "difficulty settings" directly, but I have found different characters to be wildly better or worse given certain situations. You could also pull out a few roumer cards which would give you fewer turns to complete the game.
I really enjoyed this video: perfectly paced, nice and clear, and entertaining. Looking forward to playing my copy of the game.

I've never played it but it looks like an Arkham Horror style game wich is hard so you dont have to care about the difficulty. Probably.
