    You definitely have the minimum no extra junk in the way I like that. I would suggest a first aide kit, a lot of job sites I go to require it. Also a spray water bottle a saved me from using my fire extinguisher. Just ideas good tour!

      You know, that crossed my mind the other day. It would be a great idea to have more than just a couple bandaids haha
      You mean like a compressed canister of water? That would be definitely nice, saves you from having to keep buying extinguishers. Thanks brother! 🤠

      I just use hand squeezed bottles like zep 32oz. If welding inside a house in the wall pocket or buildings I’ll spray it down first before I blanket. I always have water spray bottle and fire extinguisher when I weld in flammable spots and I will try not to use the expensive messy fire extinguisher if possible.

    The sun will discolour torch hoses if you leave them out. That is my experience from millwrighting at a steel mill.

    Rig is on point hand. Really only thing I see your missing, some F-Clamps. Cheaper at harbor freight and same quality as welding stores. Only thing I would change..... any kind of wreck an that axe in the back glass is takin you out ol son.

      @doodysdaggers  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Both very good points!
      I always look at those F clamps at the welding supply but they’re so damn expensive. Good to know that the HF ones are good quality! I’ll definitely pick some up. Thanks brother!

    OMG, listen to this young man about the knee advice. They will never be the same after bending up and down after 20 years. The knee pads are critical to age and walk normally, I didn’t listen and mow I’m paying the rice of being a hard head. Superman does not exist after 50 years old.

    • @doodysdaggers
      @doodysdaggers  ปีที่แล้ว

      Haha yes exactly. An old timer told me when I first started welding, to always wear knee pads or I’ll regret it. I usually do now unless I forget.
      Sorry you have to deal with that now, sounds painful and shitty!

      @@doodysdaggers I went to the pull over kind that you put on over your pants, my last 5 years working. Pay attention to the Old heads brother, it’s the gods honest truth.

      @@jamesbankhead117 that’s a great idea, the pull over kind. I have the ones that Velcro around the back of your knee, and it always falls off or slides down.
      I’m going to get those pull over ones. Thanks for the advice brother!
