I got my stuff together a year ago and also got back in the gym. I had no idea I could accomplish what I have in only a year. Roids can give you a gut too from over eating and if you dont kick out the estrogen in time for the show but mainly its gh and slin. The other thing is eating too much lactose or fibre depending on your tolerance so they need to be cut two weeks from the show
"Roid gut" is simply from eating 5 plates at Denny's before the show. They carb up to fill out the muscle, but sometimes they go to far and it throws off their lines.

For 6 months is insane for Kevin and like Dexter said if he had been training for 3 years or something like then he would've been a real threat to the top 3 a lot of people don't know but I think Kevin has like 4 2nd place finishes and 3 3rd place finishes which is crazy to me. And those losses were mostly to people like Ronnie, Dorian, and Jay who are all champions. Might I add those three alone have 18 Mr.O titles put together and Kevin was going toe-to-toe with all of them respectfully. Muscles need oxygen. You can train so much harder and get better results. Here is an example... My training partner could always rep 20 lbs more than me on bench. I was always ahead of him on deadlifts and squats but I couldn't catch up on bench. I'd go up in weight and he would too so I was always chasing him. Well after one treatment of ozone therapy I went in to train and I jumped up 40 lbs on my weight that I was repping on bench. Sore as hell after for a week, but next time I trained I kept half of it and we used the same weight from then on. I was amazed. It was around 80$ at a alternative medicine dr office but it was worth it. After I started doing more research about it and found out that the nfl football teams use it while training (Cowboys), UFC Fighter used it while training.
