Kevin is a special bodybuilder and one of the best UNCROWNED CHAMP RIGHT HERE!!!!!!

If anything He could be a lot better, as his body will really hyper respond to the contest prep from the real long layoff + he has so much knowledge of how to do this , and he is already a solid 245 before really getting fully on the program !

The difference in Arnold on and off roids was dramatic to say the least but with Kevin it was literally unbelievable. Off gear he looked like a slim guy who did a bit of weights then 12 weeks later he would be a mass monster with the fullest muscle bellies imaginable!

When I was obese and started training, one of the first body builders that was a huge inspiration to me was Levrone. Still to this day, his videos get me amped. Kevin, to me, never got the full recognition he deserved. Kevin FTMFW!

in terms of strength, maybe i can agree, but Arnold lifted in a era that lifting was not a trend at all.. 1950-1960.. today's drugs are way more powerful than in golden era.. and Arnold arms and chest are still nr1 for my opinion.. Arnold becieps looks like its leaving the body lol.. for me, Arnold it's the icon of bodybuilding... Kevin it's a muscle machine..
Kev is such a stud. Damn we'd all love to see him get back to this form. Gotta respect the man for trying. He can come within 80-90% for sure. Problem is the distal muscles... calves and forearms. Those are the muscles that get hit the worst due to sarcopenia and muscle wasting with aging. Looking at his pics from the 90's and in 2016, just for upper body obviously, the forearms are lagging the most. Its pretty significant. He will have to focus more training on the calves and forearms to try to stimulate them. Thighs he should be able to bring back close to early 2000's cuz the proximal muscles get spared more with aging. Rock on Kev, you can give these guys a run for it regardless!
Been following you since 2008 when I got into body building. It is amazing what the mind can do. You were a retired competitor and looking like a fitness instructor and bam now look at you now competing for the Olympia and kicking ass. You are looking phenomenal. Just like in this video. Which made me a fan back in the day. You are an inspirational human being and it's been a great journey looking at your progress since 2008 and we all learned a great deal .....that your mind can do anything. MMM is back baby!
