It will if you practise them with a straight bow! Open strings first is a good idea. Work on the bow steering once you’ve mastered straight bow with a consistent contact point.

Hope this video helps! I would advise that a STRAIGHT bow with as loose a bowhold as possible is a good place to start. Good luck.

Yes. Great! Also good to be aware that the E string needs proportionally less weight and/or to be closer to the bridge than the lower strings.
