This was a nice video. You sound pretty chill and calm, a nice reminder that it's just a game and I should enjoy my time. I tend to get burnt out my FG in general a lot quickly because of hyper-focusing on every single detail, which ends up diminishing my progress.
great vid man. when i started playing fighting games i never even entered online for like the first 2 months. I was just intimidated with how people would beat me. but then i entered won some matches lost other matches. a lot of lost matches. but it was fun and still is. and having a community on the game makes it much more enjoyable. playing +r with the community is just amazing and helps in improving in the game. I love the fgc and i'll keep playing these games thinking of myself as the protag of the story lmaao😂😂
awesome video man, i think you did a great job of getting to why fighting games are fun for the people who are invested in them. ive been playing ggst for over 2 years now and i still find things nearly everyday to learn, especially since im learning a new character. great stuff all around :)
i can kinda relate to this video, I didn't give up on games as quick as you did but not being as good as i thought i should be was very frustrating and i ended up quitting for some time, recently i came back because you know that rush in the blood is peak gaming so i got ggst and is the game that im investing myself the most, im not where i want to be rn in terms of skill and sometimes i wonder how much better i would be if i had never given up of any game before, but i try to think positively and remember that the only path i can go to is forward
I'd reccomend also joining your character's discord, it should be full of people looking to help and full of resources on what your character does best (I do play bedman tho so I really needed it, take my suggestion with a grain of salt)
Its hard to get to the point of playing with intent in fighting games. Once you do, it is the best genre. Before that point however, it is one of the worst genres.
Seven minutes lacking a cohesive point; audio is mixed horribly; the "god bless" was cringe.
I appreciate the advice, I will try to fix that next time. The God bless isn't going anywhere though, sorry not sorry.
Being kind is free

I didn't feel like i was even kinda good in street fighter until after 10 years of playing, but having a local community made it all worth it.
I feel like this experience can be applied to almost anything that takes a lot of skill, thanks for sharing.

Gonna have to pick up the sticks in SF6 again playa
I think fighting games can be either easy or hard depending on the the kind of player you are the skills you have and the players you face.
Playing mk as a 10 year old must've been wild
It definitely was but I had been playing games like Call of duty since I was really young

@@alstermaniac i wholeheartedly agree with you on this, I think this is also the same with souls likes
Probably a nice video. But it's too quiet =) Well, here I go turning on my volume booster.
Sorry about that I’ll try to be louder for the next video
