All of my friends and family think just because I worked for a doctor from 19 years to age 52, that it makes me qualified to diagnose and treat all of their symptoms. And let me specify... I ran all of his clinics and paid all of his personal bills. I was the Administrator...not medical staff. Lol 😂 Didn’t matter to them. Still doesn’t, and I’ve been retired for 2 years. They still act like I’m qualified to do brain surgery. 🤣

The problem is the direction in which they push. She cut "vertical" and pushed perpendicular, instead of along with it. The cut was closing/releasing/closing/releasing constantly. It's probably done on purpose for the video
That was a great job and video. I knew there were people who were going to bring up the sac. She knows its there and was trying to get it to pop up so she could get it. They can't make but tiny incisions to get it out of. If the sac is stuck its not coming out easily and therefore she can't get it. We don't get to see the conversations before and after treatment. The client may have known she might not could remove the sac but wanted it drained anyway knowing it could come back. I know this is just my opinion but I think a lot of times things are discussed and the client makes the call and we have no idea what that was. Jmho

They state on their blog that they only post the extractions. Not the whole process. They do remove the sacs, but only post the extractions since that’s what most people watch
I watch too much dr Lee’s video that while I was watching this I started talking to myself in my head saying “ that’s definitely a cyst and it will most likely return since the sac inside is not extracted.
From watching another popping show I learned when expressing the contents if you make a sm incision below the bigger incision it will stop the pressure from building too much.

You need to have that excised properly. That needs to be cut open and the infected tissue cut out! Then it should be flushed! Keflex script. You have HS bruh! No cure but you can learn to live with it-start clindamycin for life 300 mg twice daily and possibly Humira if compatible (gotta test before being prescribed that drug) if you get this shit different places I’d consult dermatologist and surgeon.
That first one wasn't a zit...it was a cyst and it should have had the sac or cyst wall removed afterwards...all they did was bruise the hell out of the skin around it!! It's just going to come back. But yet again...that's probably what they want...so they can charge him again...smdh...
the hygiene is also kind of shocking... they should be wiping the goo on gauze or something else, like the kind of paper a dental hygienist uses when cleaning teeth. it really disturbs me that they wipe it on their gloves and then continue to make incisions. not to mention the fact that they could easily pierce their glove with the blade doing that. it all seems really bad.

This looks like something he could've done in his own bathroom at home, because a cyst that size needed a punch or a football shaped incision done vertically and then the whole thing would've come out nice and easy and possibly with the sack intact. And this is coming from an amateur popaholic, not a professional dermatologist.

bro, this is a spa. she’s not going to make large surgical incisions with no anesthetic. the client probably didn’t want the sac fully removed due to the pain.
She's not allowed to make an incision so big that it needs a stitch. Estheticians are limited in what they're licensed to do, but in Vietnam they are sometimes the only affordable health option for the very poor.
Why is this so difficult for some of these people. Is a clear large blackhead open it and extract. A pinhole will not do the job which should have been obvious after 30 seconds.
Basically health care in the country where these happen is pretty bad, so having the relief of draining it even if you have to do it every couple years is better than attempting to get medical help.
I have saw use tweezers, I have saw her get sacks out when shes able, she also has some little crooked things similar to hemostats. Or whatever you call them, the things they use to do stitches.

And no, it's not something you can pop either. They grow under the skin, they're not clogged pores. Notice how she had to cut the skin to get it out? You can't do it at home by yourself. Even she isn't doing a proper job of it, only a proper doctor should do that (cut with a scalpel, pull out the whole sack, give stitches).
@@elisa6212 - actually, you can often avoid them from washing. The cyst is from a build up of skin cells and of course, it kind of gets trapped and inverts. Washing exfoliates the skin and prevents build up. People who take showers more often, especially using washcloths, have less of a tendency to get cysts.

@@prabhav3677 if you have been bitten by an insect you didn't know that and , started swelling ( namamaga) , the sting of this inside your skin. It'll be itchy ( kati) in the beginning then swelling at mag nanana ( pus ) . You can do it by sterilize your hands with alcohol and sterilize the needle you'll be using. Prepare cotton, betadine, and peroxide ready . Hope this'll help you. Good luck

I think it disintegrated with the infection. The content color was pretty nasty and lumpy. I wouldn’t be surprised if some of that was cyst wall.
Anyway, incision must be bigger to prevent tissue bruising
the hygiene is also kind of shocking... they should be wiping the goo on gauze or something else, like the kind of paper a dental hygienist uses when cleaning teeth. it really disturbs me that they wipe it on their gloves and then continue to make incisions. not to mention the fact that they could easily pierce their glove with the blade doing that. it all seems really bad.

This looks like something he could've done in his own bathroom at home, because a cyst that size needed a punch or a football shaped incision done vertically and then the whole thing would've come out nice and easy and possibly with the sack intact. And this is coming from an amateur popaholic, not a professional dermatologist.
Some men just prefer to have women's hands all over them like ***this*** AND there's the added thrill of them having a free shot at the women's boobs.

She's not allowed to make an incision so big that it needs a stitch. Estheticians are limited in what they're licensed to do, but in Vietnam they are sometimes the only affordable health option for the very poor.
Why is this so difficult for some of these people. Is a clear large blackhead open it and extract. A pinhole will not do the job which should have been obvious after 30 seconds.

I’d have to guess and say they aren’t exactly “medically qualified” to be doing this procedure.
Basically health care in the country where these happen is pretty bad, so having the relief of draining it even if you have to do it every couple years is better than attempting to get medical help.
This extraction was so savage at the end I'd be surprised if the man does not develop a worse problem like a staff infection
The method good is the extraction every with use the scar in the zone use of knife and doctor special in the skin
The first patient should have been handled by a demartologist because that clearly was a cyst and it had a sac.

I have saw use tweezers, I have saw her get sacks out when shes able, she also has some little crooked things similar to hemostats. Or whatever you call them, the things they use to do stitches.

And no, it's not something you can pop either. They grow under the skin, they're not clogged pores. Notice how she had to cut the skin to get it out? You can't do it at home by yourself. Even she isn't doing a proper job of it, only a proper doctor should do that (cut with a scalpel, pull out the whole sack, give stitches).
@@elisa6212 - actually, you can often avoid them from washing. The cyst is from a build up of skin cells and of course, it kind of gets trapped and inverts. Washing exfoliates the skin and prevents build up. People who take showers more often, especially using washcloths, have less of a tendency to get cysts.
@@elisa6212 around here we like to do things are selfs it's not to hard to get some standard medical equipment and poke yourself.... and he did not need any stitches afterwards...... but trust me I can stitch someone better than my local ER and hospital I have done it before and I know I will have to do it again

@@prabhav3677 if you have been bitten by an insect you didn't know that and , started swelling ( namamaga) , the sting of this inside your skin. It'll be itchy ( kati) in the beginning then swelling at mag nanana ( pus ) . You can do it by sterilize your hands with alcohol and sterilize the needle you'll be using. Prepare cotton, betadine, and peroxide ready . Hope this'll help you. Good luck
