Removal of the sac requires numbing and a larger incision, which they aren't allowed to do. So why do people still have the contents removed at skin care places? 1. It is less expensive, 2. Available (doctors for this sort of thing are cosmetic there) 3. Leaving it alone risks the cyst blowing out and becoming absessed. So. Is this the perfect solution to cyst removal by our wealthy nation standards? No. But it isn't a bad solution either. Never let perfect get in the way of good.

Thuy, I just have to tell you that your channel and the Sac Dep channel (which is most likely you anyway) are the only 2 channels I think are good anymore! Because they can't sew the skin back together, it will fill back up (even without the sac) and it will need to be cleaned out numerous times until the huge hole heals and closes completely. If there's anything left, they'll have plenty of opportunities to get it.
No Antibacterial skin preparation !! No antiseptic scrub!! No attention to the state of the patient. No anesthetic, and I know that cutting into this person's skin with that unsterile knife blade HAD TO HURT. Try that on yourselves before doing it to a real patient. It HURTS, A LOT !!
